Τhis hotel made our first visit to Rome an unforgettable experience. Τhe rooms are spacious, as is the bathroom, and hygiene rules are followed daily. Ιt is in a very central location, since from there you can go to most attractions on foot. Τhere is also a cafe very close by (Taliani) with a quality breakfast at very good prices. But the most important of all is the hospitality that characterises this particular hotel. The kind receptionist Leo was always willing to help us find the best places and was always interested in whether we had a good day. I highly recommend!

The location of this hotel proved to be even better than I had imagined. It was in easy walk of the coliseum, forum, Trevi Fountain, and Pantheon. Also there is a metro station a short walk away. The staff are very knowledgeable about how to get to the various attractions and will draw paths on a map for you. They are also very helpful and personally caring. You can expect then to make your stay as enjoyable as possible, and then they enjoy it too! Special thanks to Leon and Valeria!

It is a small place one up from the ground floor with a very tiny lift. Like a broom closet. Just so you are prepared - but it is not a problem!

The location was excellent for walking to historical sights, shopping and generally exploring beautiful Rome! Hotel was very clean with daily room service, Valeria was so helpful on arrival, marking sights/travel methods on a map. Coffee facilities available in room but if you want tea just ask at reception, Valeria got us a kettle as soon as we asked! Leo was also so helpful with maps, restaurant info, travel info and treated us like family! He helped carry our suitcases, got us a taxi and generally gave us amazing service every time!! Thanks so much, we would definitely recommend the hotel for service alone! 😎

The hotel is located pretty close to many of the important tourist sites - it is an easy walk from the Trevi fountain and Piazza Venezia. The room - although a bit small was very clean and had a comfortable bed and the bathroom was very clean .Our room had a view of the Via Nazionale. The best part is that the staff at the desk -both Leonardo and Valleria- are very helpful and friendly ! They were very quick to communicate with me prior to my arrival and very helpful with suggestions for restaurants and transport to the airport , and were prompt in addressing any problems - not that there were any !

It would be helpful to have a couple of drawers rather than just open shelves, also some more hooks in the bathroom to hang your clothes & towels. The TV needs an instruction card - especially for someone not very savvy with the internet based TV !

The Hotel is wonderful, it has excellent conditions: heating, comfort, everything. It is very well located on one of the main avenues: it is close to the main attractions (Colosseum, Trevi Fountain, etc.), it has public transport at the door (although it is very easy to walk from the hotel). But the best of all, without a doubt, was the service. WE WERE VERY WELL RECEIVED BY LEO. The best service we've ever had! Excellent host: extremely friendly, he showed us the main restaurants (real Italian ones) and everything. Thank you very much, Leo! We will definitely return to the Boutique Nazionale.

The hotel’s location is incredible! It’s very central so it’s just about a 10-15 minute walk from all the main attractions. The staff here is also incredibly attentive and kind - they resolved anything that same day and even gave us great recommendations and tips! We dealt mainly with Leo, and that man is an absolute star! Love him - he was such a pleasure to be around

The elevator is a bit narrow, so only 2 people can fit at a time, or 1 person with their luggage. But it didn’t really impact us that much.

The hotel was in a great location, walking distance from almost all of the main tourist attractions. There is a taxi rank outside across the road which was super handy getting us back to the airport. The room was a lovely size with a great view and very clean. I felt very safe staying in this location and at this hotel. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The manager kindly drew on a map for us all the places to visit, where is good for drinks, where is good for food to avoid the tourist restaurants and if there were any areas to avoid at night. I’ve never stayed somewhere with a manager so helpful. I will definitely stay again.

We had an absolutely fantastic welcome from Leo when we arrived. He helped with our cases, sent us a message with loads of great restaurant recommendations & was super helpful when we were looking for certain things to do. The property is decorated beautifully & also smells incredible! it was great that it had a lift (although small). It was hard to tell online it this was in a helpful area, but it was in a fantastic location, close to lots of restaurants, within walking distance of the train station and also bus stops for the hop on hop off bus tours. We also walked to the Colosseum.

Location is excellent, a lot of shops and eateries nearby. Room is clean and well kept. The staff Valeria & Leo were very friendly, obliging and extremely helpful. They made us feel very welcome , also gave us a lot of advices and information. It was a very pleasant stay at the hotel, thanks to both of them.

It will be better if they have drawers in the room and some shelves in the. bathrooms - we stayed 7 days so there was not sufficient storage space.

Location was excellent. Price was good.
