Staff were super helpful. Room is located in the heart of Rome and we were able to access some of the attractions on foot! Communication among staff was adequate. Host able to communicate in English , but housekeeping staff were limited. Housekeeping was timely and thorough. Plenty of outside eateries and the food was fresh and very good. Staff provided croissants and coffee in the mornings. Elevator available but only able to accommodate 3 persons- 2 with luggage. The price of the room was not very expensive but ok.

We were happy with the facilities but didn't realize how small the bed room was and view wasn't the greatest. Photo on line did not reflect our particular room. Tried to have window open but too much noise outside due to constant construction going on. Refrigerator in room didn't work but we had access to the one at front desk. Area around train station was not a desirable sight after dark. No place to put shampoo and conditioner in shower. Water temperature fluctuated but adequate. Moulding in bathroom was loose. Bring a night light.

The staff were very friendly and really went out of their way to help us. We received an extra key for the room as we were five people which was really helpful. The room was clean and spacious enough for us. The area is lovely and close to Trevi Fountain. With so many bookings being cancelled last minute right now, we really appreciated this place being so reliable.

The decor was a little dated but other than that everything was really great. We also appreciated the lift to get up the stairs as many other places do not have this facility. When you have heavy suitcases this is a life saver!

Really good location just off Via Nazionale and only about 15 min walk from Fontana di Trevi. Lots of good restaurants in the area, breakfast at Caffe Washington 3 min away is recommended. The room was nicer than in the pictures, but a bit worn down. Nice beds. Coffee and tea available in the reception (no milk). The hosts are very helpful and easy to communicate with, even when the reception is unmanned. They allowed us to leave luggage in reception after checkout, which was really helpful.

The AC did work well to cool the room, but we found no way to run it on quiet/low fan - only really noisy full speed or off. The shower in our room was worn out and could not be fixed up top. The reception is often unmanned, but the door code gives you access 24/7.

Prime location, within walking distance of many attractions and hot spots. Room was very clean and modern with good amenities. Bluetooth room key to an app on your phone is a nice touch. Would consider this property again on my next trip to Rome

Very small factors - in the morning you can easily hear conversations from the lobby area and people's movements. Curtains let in a lot of light in the morning.

The location is absolutely ideal for visiting Rome's most famous landmarks and museums. The bed matress was the best I've encountered for quite a while. The room was thoroughly cleaned every day. The bathroom was spacious and also sparkling clean. The temperature of the room was perfect and we didn't turn on the air condition at all during our stay. The owner was very helpful and provided for anything and everything we requested.

The TV had very limited options for non-Italian speaking guests. On the other hand, does anyone who visits Rome's center really cares to watch TV?

Very good location - everywhere is close. Very comfortable bed, spacious bathroom. Very nice renovated rooms. The staff was very helpful and friendly ;)

The coffee brewing set is located right next to the reception desk, unfortunately, already in the morning there was a shortage of coffee capsules, but this is just a minor detail

It’s very close to a taxi rank , and within 10-30mins walk of all attractions. The host Alessia speaks very good English along with several other languages and is super informative. The hotel/bnb is all Bluetooth accessible through an app on your phone and works great!

The host was a super kind, caring and sweet person! At the time of check in, she gave us a map of Roma and told beautiful must-see spots which was very useful information for us who didn’t much know what to do in Roma :) Rooms are clean, cozy and comfortable to stay and actually are cleaned every day. Everything was set to be nearby this hotel so that you can go anywhere easily. I’d def recommend everyone to stay at this hotel when comes to Roma!

Our stay here was absolutely brilliant, the lady (Alessia) who runs it is so lovely and attentive she was always around to help us with anything and gave us lots of information on where to go during our stay in Rome. Check in was smooth and easy, the room was really clean and spacious and breakfast was delivered to our room every morning (fresh croissants and toasties) which was great. A lot of effort has been put into this place so we definitely recommend staying here, plus it’s in a great location in the middle of everything you will want to do in Rome!

The only thing that could be improved is the wifi connection, it was really poor so if you’re relying on that for anything it might be an issue but aside from that everything was great!

The property was very clean and so beautiful! We had everything we needed there like a little refrigerator and coffee at the info desk. With the App you could easily get inside. We will definitely coma back any time soon 😍☺️
