Very clean room, grate location, friendly staff

During check out we find out, that coffee copsules were not free. It was unpleasant surprise. Usually it always free at all hotels. Also there is bad isolation between room and enterance

Very clean and great location

Minimum soundproof which made it difficult to ignore the next door room tenants that were waking up early and made quite some noise. Also there was no window, which is another minus point.

A comfortable room with a lot of space. The bathroom was great .

Not so good sound wise walls. When the neighbors opened the faucet, I could hear the sound of the water.

Lovely clean hotel, great central location, value for money, coffee/tea facitiliites, shampoo, soap, hairdryer and tv, great balcony, had a lovely stay for our 30th wedding anniversary. The hotel arranged a bouquet and wine for our arrival and staff were brilliant. Perfect.

If I had to say anything about this hotel that is negative, it would be the stairs, even though there is a lift. The lift itself was very noisy especially at night , cranky sounds which took a bit to get used to, and was hard to sleep, and it was making such a racket next to our room . Eventually after all the walking & seeing all the sights the lift blended into our sleep pattern. That is the only negative thing about the hotel everything else was just perfect.

The location was perfect for almost everything! It was a reasonable walk to the Colosseum, Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps, Pantheon, and Roma Termini. The staff was exceptional. Our Luggage was lost at the airport, and the hotel staff took charge or contacting and receiving it the next day while we were on a tour. They also made great suggestions for food and public transportation. Ask Jeffery, the concierge, about Terrazzia Cinque Lune (or something like that). It was a rooftop view for breakfast or dinner w/drinks.

The rooms were a bit smaller than expected. However, it was still comfortable with all the amenities described.

The staff were really friendly and took the time to suggest places to visit and routes/metros to take. The room was very clean and plenty of towels and toiletries were provided. There was a lift which not all hotels in Italy have. The room was so cool that we did not even need the air conditioning….and being from Scotland this is a miracle! The air conditioning was powerful though. Hair dryer was powerful too. The location was excellent, on one of the main shopping and 15 minute walk from the train station. Streets were flat so achievable, even in 35 degree heat in July.

Beautiful rooms, excellent room service, very friendly and helpful staff at the reception. Bathroom was beautiful, lighting really well thought through. Air conditioning was great! A kettle and a coffee machine were provided. Room fridge was very well stocked. The room had a lovely modern look and was very clean. The cleaning ladies were excellent! Access to the centre of Rome was amazing as we could walk everywhere :-)

The photographs of the room with a balcony are from a different hotel. Provided photo shown street view but our balcony was overlooking a very small inner courtyard. We struggled to find the reception - the building looks like a town house and the reception is on the second floor. We did not realise this was a boutique hotel - apparently there were 3 boutique hotels in this building...

Reception staff were fantastic, and very helpful with tips and tricks on getting around Rome. Room was larger than we expected based on the reviews but clean and functional for the duration of our stay. Location was good, very walkable city but close to the bus stops if needed and a taxi rank across the street.

Soundproofing could be better. It’s an old building and you can hear the lift moving up and down during the night as residents come and go, but this is to be expected and didn’t bother us once we were asleep.

Everything, location was only a few hundred metres from metro station Republica. Via Nazionale has some beautiful rooftop bars worthry of checking out. My favorite was rooftop bar at Glam Hotel on corner of Via Milano. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Anything I asked for they provided. I was fortunate to be upgraded and had the room with a nice sized balcony. Not street, just internal view. Bus stops out front. I love Rome, this hotel was situated in a good spot.
