Thé breakfast was excellent, also the massage chair and the room where u can sit down and relax

Unfortunately the bedroom was not really what we expected, think they must have taken a bed out from the downstairs floor which would have been ideal if they would have put a table or chairs to be able to sit on, but it was just a big empty space, we asked for an extra chair which they gave us without delay, the stairs are quite steep to get to the bedroom, and going down to the toilet during the night was awkward. A bed on the ground floor would have been perfect. The bath is pretty high to get out of too.

The air conditioning system is not controlled inside the room, only by staff in the reception. It makes really problems with the temperature in the room. Very noisy from outside

We had a lovely experience at Hotel White. In all my years of travel I have never experienced a more friendly staff, including the front desk and the staff in the breakfast room, with very special thanks to Paolo and Ornetta at the front desk. The rooms are not large but comfortable and clean. We enjoyed our daily breakfast which had a variety of foods to choose from. The location is wonderful, close to the Trevi Fountain and walkable to many of the city's sites and well as close to several restaurants and a small supermarket.

The location is brilliant. The breakfast is really nice (waffle maker is lovely bonus) we had a room that had stairs and bed was upstairs but we loved it. so clean everything changed and made daily before your back from breakfast - tea coffee. hairdryer is good.

stairs are hard late at night as toilet downstairs in our room. no vanity area had to do makeup in bathroom. not much to complain on its lovely.

I loved this hotel! The staff were amazing, so helpful, friendly and funny! The location was the best thing, all of romes biggest highlights were within walking distance, the furthest being the Vatican City at a 35-40 minute walk. But the coliseum was 30minites, pantheon and Spanish steps about ten minutes and the trevi fountain just two minutes away! The included breakfast was really good, a buffet with a good selection, the highlight being the waffle maker. The decor of the rooms was amazing also.

I dont think I could fault hotel white!

The location was perfect. Very close to Trevi fountain, lot of places to eat, do shopping ... The room was very calm; street noises didn't reach us.

The air conditioning was set at 20C, and it wasn't possible to turn it off or change it. The only way was to ask on reception, and they turned it off for us.

I will definitely return to this hotel when I return to Rome and will be recommending to everyone. The staff were very friendly. The location of this hotel was amazing, so close to the Trevi Fountain and Metro, you can access everywhere so easily. The rooms were spotless and comfy bed. Great value for money.

The staff was outstandingly kind! Location of the hotel is probably the best you can pick in central Rome. Great that there's central air conditioning for hot days. Bed was comfortable, bathroom was quite nice and clean, not too much noise from outside.

Breakfast wasn't very tasty, we would rather eat outside.
