Wide and cozy room, cool bathroom, confy bed

The breakfast had few food options, specially savory foods and one night we saw a rat wandeing through the corridor

Great breakfast for Italy (not only sweets), big room, everyday cleaning. We could see the Borghese park across the street from our windows. Convenient location. Its easily to walk to main attractions within 15-20 minutes.

The only minus- there was no possibility to make a coffee or tea in room. And its very strange to have shower in the room without any curtains or anything like that. Since I was traveling with a teenager, it was confusing and uncomfortable.

Lovely b&b Room was one of the smaller ones which I was miffed about but still Lovely non the less. Breakfast was good for a cute little continental. Staff were very accommodating and did everything they could to help us. We checked out at 11 and you could keep your bags in the locked lounge to go anout town and then stay there until the taxi picks you up. In a really good area of town with the park behind and everything within a 45 min walk. Taxi just inside the walls and costs you €10 ish to get to the colosseum and those attractions. Really good restaurants within 10 minutes. Had a great time in Rome thanks to the hotel. Also water pressure is really good.

Location is really good, there is 20 min walk to Fontana di Trevi. The room is big. Breakfast was ok, nothing too big, but there are a few sweet and savory options.

There is a late check-in fee, we had to pay 100€. Staff told us that in advance, and they checked with us multiple times to let us know this is their policy as they are not a hotel and someone has to come from home to check us in, but we still think this is way too high of a price. Room is clean, but there is wierd smell in the room and also on towels and beds. Shower isnt as good as in the pictures.

only thing I want to mention is I had to pay extra because I had late check in. even though it’s mentioned in booking somewhere, I didn’t see it before as I look at photos, price etc.. not really the hotel policy. I would understand asking 20 euro because someone had to wait for me to checking but … 50 euro till 12:00 and then 100 euro from 12:00 to 01:00 is a bit like earning money from a difficult situation rather than accommodating a good service for your valued customers. so I didn’t like this feeling

Would be nice to have more sitting places at breakfast room. We didnt have to wait as we wake up early, but some people didnt have a table, as all places were taken. But have to say, even it was busy, service was great and food, juices, coffe, just perfect.

Veey comfort room and the bathroom really huge. Quiet location and easy to reach the city center. Staff very friendly and tried to help at any given time.

Breakfast was poor and repetitive. I would expect something more "homemade" even if it wasn't

- very good breakfast - large bathroom - external shutters - quiet neighborhood - coffee in the room and drinks in the fridge for free for the first day - many supplies in the bathroom (soaps, shampoo, shower gel, etc.)

- during nights you could hear some people ringing to the main entrance (I guess they were checking in or forgotten keys), intercom should be disabled/muted during nighttime - in the morning you can hear everything from reception so if there is music or someone talking you will hear it in your room - adding plates and a bit more cutlery in the room would be awesome

Unfortunately due to rising early to get our tours never did breakfast. Your host Claudia and her assistant very accommodating and helpful.

Bathroom I had to have door closed due to the sewer smell. Almost made me throw up at one point. Had no door for shower floor always wet.

The staff was very helpful, they always had a smile or a kind word for us. They could recommend us programmes, good restaurants and places of interests that was worth visiting. As we arrived early in the morning, before the official check-in time, we could leave our luggage in the living room. So we can kindly recommend Via Veneto Suites when you visit Rome.
