This is a very, very comfortable hotel. It's clean, modern, and except for the underground reception and the need to take two elevators, very well designed. The rooms are great--bed, bathroom, towels, desk, electrical outlets. Breakfast is extensive and very good quality. The staff is very friendly and fluent in several languages. One helped us find a ticket to the Domus Aurea which was otherwise sold out for the month. Though the location is out a little from the main ancient sites, they are easily reachable by walking twenty minutes or so, or by numerous buses or the Metro. The hotel is just uphill about five minutes from some of the very expensive hotels on the Via Veneto, but much more reasonable, and located on the edge of the Borghese park in which there is plenty to see/visit.

The hotel was in a central location, plenty of bars and restaurants near by and close to attractions. The staff were amazing and so friendly. Nothing was too much. The room was fantastic, good size and the terrace overlooking the Villa Borghese was the icing on the cake, loved listening to the birds in the morning, while having coffee on the terrace. Breakfast was outstanding, there was something for everyone. So much choice. Would definitely recommend this hotel. We loved it so much, we are returning next year for our anniversary.

The location was good, quiet central but away from crowds. There's the huge Rome park on the back of the hotel, which is lovely to walk around and get fresh air. You can get to main touristic attractions and it will take you 15 to 40 min. The rooms and bathrooms were clean and spacious.

They told us my friend would get a free gift because of his birthday during the stay, but we did not get anything. They have a transfer to the airports but it costs around 50 euros, which I think is a lot, as you can go by taxi for 30 euros or by specific shuttles to ciampino airport for only 6 euros.

The breakfast was ok, but 2 things are a a little disappointing The machines give thee water and coffee , but coffee is a personal taste,,, Perhaps i don't like macho coffee The only other choice was water or some chemical tasting carrot juice drink ( Not tasting natural) ( all the days the same its offered, no other fish drink) , i took it 1 time, buy the rest of the 8 days, not again,,,, brrrr And te bread choice is a little poor and a bit dry and old

The staff allowed us to check into our room early and were very friendly and helpful, giving us a room with a lovely view onto the adjacent Villa Borghese piatto. The bed was large and an excellent firmness, the room had everything we needed, the included breakfast was fantastic and ample. NH’s toiletries were great- were particularly liked the green tea products.

there were just a few signs of wear in the furniture and the bathroom (stains in the tile grout), but nothing that impeded our satisfaction with the room.

The rooms and bathrooms were pretty modern but to get to the rooms was a challenge. I think that is the only problem. Its like a maze. Location was pretty good near restaurants and shops.

Nice comfortable room with park views, good size for premium room with sofa bed and tea/coffee facilities, modern bathroom, quiet even though close to shopping and touristic areas. Good breakfast with many options.

Lunch and room service menus need some enhancement with more options.

The room view is amazing. The room cleaned very well. The staff wearing the mask all time.

The location is not the perfect location for the tourists, in order to visit the shopping street you need around 15 minutes walking and it’s far away from the sightseeing. if you are looking for quite and nice hotel you will like it.

Great Location and renovated rooms, very wide and big bathroom

there is another reception for renovated area, which is to be accessed from the main entrance, so no own entrance for the new part.

NH is a good standard. Ard the world.This NH Roma Vittorio is very good located ….near Via Veneto …but the price is much affordable then there. The hotel is quite modern but at least needs some renovation and a little improvements. If you want to enjoy the comfort please always use a superior room for your comfort. The single room is equipped with narrow bed. The healthy measures are OK.

Not bad. I like it, but maybe a little old.
