It's a real dream! The Villa is amazing (a high quality restoration brought back the old fashion of the late XIX century), with a wonderful sea-view to admire dawns and sunsets. The rooms are completely renovated, very clean and tidy. The Villa is easy to reach and the parking lot is perfect. If you arrive in Santa Margherita by train, it's just a short walk from the station. The staff is really nice, polite, and ready to help you with everything! The breakfast is yummy (homemade, organic and local) and served in a beautiful room on the first floor overlooking the sea! Take a moment to admire the collection of porcelain, the cups and teapots they use: wonderful!

Our stay was very nice, the hotel was great and staff really polite and helpful. Breakfast was wonderful with local products and a breathtaking view of the city and ocean.

Our AC didn’t work but the room had heaters so it didn’t make much difference…

We loved everything about the property. The decor and architecture is stunning, the gardens are lovely! The breakfast on the terrace was wonderful and the staff were exceptional.

I can’t think of anything I disliked. The only “con” might be if vicinity to the station but that is also a positive for those without a car.

The property is amazing with great views and beautiful rooms keeping all the original details. It’s is close to the train station and easily accessible to Santa Margherita and Portofino. It’s quiet and calm and the first environment is relaxing and tranquil.

Everything, I loved the place. Old villa from the 18th century and maintained in a way to merge the new with old decorations. The view was something else, and a word of appreciation to the staff for being amazing in all aspects.

Very nice and big room with great decoration. Very good location near Santa Margherita. Staff was also very friendly and dedicated. Breakfast was amazing.

The refurbishment blocked the amazing sea views from the terrace but not much not to like.

You must drive up a tight road to get to the hotel. We were fortunate to not have oncoming traffic.

Amazing views, beautiful building with gorgeous decorations. The breakfast was spectacularly good sitting on the terrace overlooking the sea.
