The room was large and clean. Maria and Paola were very helpful during our stay. They gave us advice about the restaurants and the best beaches to go in Siracusa and the nearby area. The communication was effective and quick. The breakfast was lovely – it is not in the premises, but in a café/bakery 200mt far from the apartment. This bakery also offer gluten free options, baked in the shop. Delicious! The wi-fi worked well. Overall it was a really nice stay!

Exceptional staff, they were very accommodating to my check in and check out requirements as I had a few business calls. Very kindhearted. Facilities and overall stay was great, would recommend it.

Paper thin walls so I can hear every movement and conversation outside the door. Upstairs seems to be another hotel so you can hear furniture moving from early hours as rooms are being cleaned.

Everything you need is there :) The room had an AC which was very much needed during the hot days in Syracuse. The room was nice and clean. There is a fridge with cold water and juices for everyone as well as some snacks.

Our room had an external bathroom (it is correctly shown on Booking, but we didn't pay attention to this), which was slightly inconvenient as the bathroom was in the opposite side of the apartment from our room.

The stay was beyond my expectations The room was very big and comfortable The small offerings such as water jugs in the room, the coffee capsules, and the cornetti were really nice. The breakfast is at a close by bar with a variety of options The walk to Ortigia takes 20 minutes

Good location (20 minutes from the train station and to the city centre), a big and comfortable room. The staff is helpful and responses fast. They provide really good breakfasts in Bar Splendor, 5 minutes from the stay.

Sometimes noisy neighbors can be heard.

The staff was really responsive and helpful. There were free cakes and coffee and tea all day. The B&B was close to the city's amazing archaeological park and breakfast was included at a spot nearby with really nice locals.

The bathroom I had for myself was a little far from the bedroom, on the other side of the B&B. I had no access to a kitchen. It could get noisy at times, as the B&B is small and the walls seem to be thin.

The room was very clean, comfortable and spacious and the staff was really kind and welcoming. I was allowed to use the washing machine and to leave my luggage for a few hours after checkout. The ladies were very hospitable and I got all the information and help I needed. Really good value for the price :)

Clean room and bathroom; good functioning of the air conditioning and nice breakfast at the Cafe nearby. Paolo is a very hospitable and kind host, he helped us a lot with all we needed. Highly recommend the place :)

Nice, clean room. Maria is very nice host, providing some tips and help if needed. Localisation is great. Archeologic Park is just nearby, same with one of the main street Corso Gelone. Ortigia is up to 30 minutes walking.

Maria was an exceptional host. We had just one day to spend there, we followed her suggestions and we had a great time. She assisted us on anything we needed. the room was very clean and comfort.
