It was a last minute booking, accommodation is in a very good place, walkable distance to Ortigia. It was a great experience.
For the first time, it was confusing where to go. But only because the communication was reaching my inbox later, and it wasn't the host's fault. But I would recommend this place. 🤗

The staff was very helping. The guy insisted to help me everytime he saw me struggle with anything, even if I didn't call for help. He provided every information needed during our stay at the hotel.

We had three rooms in this hotel. One of them was quite big, while two other were small. Very good value for money, even light breakfast is included. Playgound and free parking area close. The host was very helpful. However was a little far away from the old center when you have small kids with.
Location as it took app.25 minuttes to go by food ti the old center.

Check-in is possible until midnight which is not common in Sicily.
The room have windows through which you can't see out (though, the light come through so it's not dark). It's a good place to stay a night or two but for longer stays, it's not very comfortable.

Plenty of free parking in the neighbourhood. Easy walking distance to historic downtown Ortigia. Easy walking distance to Parco Archeologico della Neapoli.
The included breakfast was exactly one cup of coffee and one croissant per day and per person. It would have been a lot cheaper to take the room without the so-called "breakfast" and to eat in one of the cafés that are near-by. Very basic interior, the chair is so low that it might be useful for children only. Sitting on the chair there is no chance to get the knees under the kind of shelf. There is no table, no desk. Due to Corona B&B could not serve breakfast anyway, hence we were forced to eat breakfast in a café anyway. Due to Corona the room was not cleaned on a daily basis, the beds were not made. Although the Corona-regulations were not new, there was no hint on Booking.com that neither breakfast can be provided in the B&B nor that rooms are not made.
