I can say that was one of the best locations I stayed in a while, perfect location for walking to Ortigia Island, the host was one of the nicest person I’ve ever met, she helped us with a lot of informations and so on. The breakfast is brought by her every morning and is like a small buffet with italian food described by her. The room was almost brand new, all the apartments is freshly renovated and is great. I already recommended this location to my friends who want to visit Siracuse.

Well, I can’t say I didn’t like it, but because is at the beginning of the road with the bookings of this Apapartment, some things were missing. The iron had to be brought from outside the location by the host because it didn’t have one on place. The shower needs some support for shower gel and towels, even though the rooms are very futuristic and good looking, some things will be settled in time with all the requests.

The property itself was beautifully decorated, modern, practical, and spacious. Not only was the property very homely, but Stefy made us feel very comfortable and would go beyond to help us if we needed anything or had any questions. The Sicilian breakfast every morning was delicious with artesian pastries and local delicacies, which we enjoyed very much on the terrace. The location was on a main street which had a lot of nice restaurants and amenities (having said this, the room itself was very quiet), and was very close to Ortigia which you can walk to in under 10 mins.

There is nothing I can fault about this property.

An absolutely beautifully restored and decorated property. The bedroom is decorated in a simple, elegant fashion and the bathroom is superb. The terrace is a lovely place to have breakfast and pass the time. Stefania, the owner, is beyond wonderful. She made us so welcome, always had time for us and nothing was too much trouble. She asked us our breakfast preference and gave us the most delicious variety of local specialities. We truly felt like family and were sorry our visit was for only 2 nights. We miss you Stefania! The walk to Ortigia is around 20 minutes and the area is very quiet at night. There are plenty of shops, cafes and restaurants near by. We arrived by car which was very straightforward and we were able to park on the street for free. Thank you so much for for kind hospitality Stefania and we hope to see you soon.

😊 Our stay was exceptional! Stefania, the host, is an incredibly welcoming and kind person. The apartment's interior design and style are truly remarkable, you can see the special attention to detail everywhere. We especially loved the communal terrace it added a lovely touch to our stay. Everything in the apartment felt new, and the mattresses were incredibly comfortable for a good night's rest. The shower was fantastic too, and having a comfortable bathroom is always a plus. One thing that truly stood out for us was the apartment's rich history and the meticulous attention to detail in preserving it. This gave the place a unique and charming character. And, of course, the breakfast was a delightful experience. Thanks to Stefania, we got to enjoy a local traditional pastry 😋

It was an exceptional stay. Stafania the host is really welcoming and kind, the accommodation is super new & modern. The interior design & style of the apartment is remarkable, there's attention to detail everywhere. The communal terrace is a nice a touch. Everything is new, the mattresses are really comfortable.

The breakfast was a bit too sweet for our taste but otherwise it was nice to experience local traditional cuisine thanks to Stefania.

The location was great and the decor was sensational in this little b and b. Everything is new and the bed was so confortable It was a ten minute walk into Ortigia. Stefania is a great host, so helpful and passionate about what she does. The pizza restaurant across the road is so good. Dont think twice just book it. You won't regret it.lovely outside terrace to have breakfast as well. We stayed for six nights. Thanks Stefania, we will see you again one day

Stylish, modern, recently decorated and refurbished with modern and extremely elegant, yet minimalistic style. The rooms were very comfortable and the bathroom and shower amenities were fantastic. Breakfast served in the outside balcony area.Also modern kitchen and seating areas inside and outside.Parking availability all around the property and is free! Walking distance from Ortigia island. Stefanie the owner was very polite and helpful in every way! Finally price was very fair.Thank you Stefanie.

Lovely and gentle/polite welcoming from Stefy made a hole different vacations for us. Good feeling on how to direct point us to the right places; beaches, restaurantes, what to do/where to go. Breakfast made to everyone's preference. It felt like home, definately! Furthermore the decor is amazing, good sense. Upfront. And made a lot of sense for all we were searching for. Absolutely everything. Stefania was an exceptional host. She went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and attended. The room and facility look exactly like the photos. The room is spacious, new, comfortable bed and temprerure, very quiet, and clean. Breakfast is Sicilian simple and sweet. Check-in was smooth. The location is excellent. Absolutely recommend Stefy's b&b to anyone visiting Siracusa. She's a special host.

House with a great taste. Super spacious room. Stefania was a very nice and kind lady that received us very well. Super careful and healthy breakfast. We received very good recommendations for restaurants, ice cream shops and great guide and places to visit. Very nice place to stay.
