Location was perfect! It was super close to all the attractions of the town, but was very quiet with windows overlooking a large courtyard. The host was delightful with good English, who gave excellent advised about where to go for breakfast and dinner

The location was great, the staff was very friendly and accommodating.
Our only negative was that the breakfast was average. More protein options would have been appreciated like hard boiled eggs and granolas.

the housekeeping service to be improved: when arriving, no hot water, staff of reception helped us to find the closed faucet of hot water on the low-side of toilet. No covering blanket on the bed for the first night, cold, wo should rise temperature of room, the staff of reception helped to find one after.

I needed accomodation close to the station, since I arrived late, and Sorella Lune is close! And it's a very interesting building! Breakfast was very good.
Electricity always is a problem in Italy, the sockets are the thin type, and not always compatible with what I need. But that is certainly a general problem, and not limited to Sorella Luna

Check in was easy, room was nice and clean. great location especially if your using the train!, we just stayed one night and it was perfect. Nice breakfast room with outside terrace, very nice.
The room is a little basic, but it has a charm, me personally would think its fine more for a short stay than a long stay. But for the price and location it was great.
