Really lovely, helpful staff. Room was simple and well-provisioned, but the highlight was definitely the lovely breakfast on the terrace. So peaceful, nice continental simple breakfast, amazing fresh pastries. Location was great for travel to and from Catania airport (bus stop very near), and a very easy walk straight into the old town Ortigia Island. I was out all day and evenings with friends who were staying elsewhere, so this provided the perfect base.

Shower was a little small for a taller person like me, but it was fine. Bathroom itself was very spacious.

The wifi was great, easily handles two devices. There was a nice balcony on the room that even had a washing line on it which was helpful. It is super close to the train station and probably a less than 10 min walk into Ortiga. The breakfast was continental and self service which was good. There was a nice patio area to sit and eat. The staff were all super friendly and even let me use the luggage storage after I had checked-out.

I couldn't really think of anything about what I didn't like but the toilet has an awkward flush.

Good location, only a short distance from the train station, and not much further in the opposite direction to Ortigas. They also supply a good map. Excellent breakfast

Clambering up the stairs, but the staff carried my 20kg up for me, so it is barely a negative.

The owner and his wife are so kind and attentive towards the requests of tourists . During my long trip in Italy, starting from lake Garda and finishing in lovely Siracusa I didn’t have often so comfortable staying similar like in Sorella Luna

The hosts were very kind and accommodating. The breakfast was excellent, but most importantly, the hotel was clean and peaceful. The entire atmosphere is calm and relaxing, like visiting the most relaxed and friendly relatives.

Silent, comfortable, very well located, attentive, kind and professional service - this family knows how to run a hotel properly!

Just a little maintenance may be required in a couple of items

Location was perfect! It was super close to all the attractions of the town, but was very quiet with windows overlooking a large courtyard. The host was delightful with good English, who gave excellent advised about where to go for breakfast and dinner

The location was great, the staff was very friendly and accommodating.

Our only negative was that the breakfast was average. More protein options would have been appreciated like hard boiled eggs and granolas.

good location, reception helpful

the housekeeping service to be improved: when arriving, no hot water, staff of reception helped us to find the closed faucet of hot water on the low-side of toilet. No covering blanket on the bed for the first night, cold, wo should rise temperature of room, the staff of reception helped to find one after.

Perfect location if you are with car. The great parking is nearby. The room was clean. WiFi was also great. Staff was fiendly and there was no extra charge for the doggy.
