One of the best and most amazing hotels and stays we've had Beautiful and clean hotel, very spacious rooms We returned after a week from the Mediterranean Club and we guarantee that this boutique hotel is better!!! The meal is outstanding One of the best breakfasts we've had in the world The staff is exceptional and will do everything to please and help! Towels, linens, first class perfumery. The fish restaurant was excellent A short walk to the center It was wonderful!! Thank you so much to all the amazing staff We will come back for sure

breakfast buffet offerings were exceptional, with eggs available to order. staff go out of their way to help, they suggested several beach lidos for us which we loved. location is a 10 minute walk from Ortigia. the restaurants we went to were 5 minutes from the hotel. free parking in the back lot. It's a small charming place, very quiet in spite of being on a busy roundabout. our suite was very large, fine for 3 adults and bedding and furnishings are high quality.

The perfect location for travelling to beaches or visiting Syracuse Private parking that you don't pay extra for! So rare this central in town! Air conditioning worked so well - especially helpful in the heatwave we had! Huge array of breakfast options. The stuff were so friendly! We had to leave early so they prepared a huge breakfast and brought it to our room. My wife needs to use a special kind of Coffey that needs brewing, they happily volunteered to make that Coffey every morning. Breakfast was huge and very varied. The room was specious and full of light. It is close to the old city (few minutes by car), or 10 minute walk. This may be the best hotel we've ever been to specially due to the great people operating it!

Great service by the personell especially Michael at the front desk was always available! And I really mean always! Also the personell at the breakfast buffet was very sweet the trio gave you the feeling of coming home ! The free bicycle service was also a nice to have If you are too lazy for the 5 min walk to the historical city centre on the island Ortigia

That we left so early

The staff were as helpful and thoughtful as any of we've experienced. Especially Valentina who was a wonder of kindness and concern when I lost some medication. She made it her responsibility to help me on the phone and then actually driving me to the pharmacy to get it filled. She also has a wonderful laugh and a warm. empathetic demeanor. Such a pleasure to have her at our service. Gratzia milla!

Suite was superb with a lovely secluded balcony, fittings were of a high standard and the bed linen and pillows were excellent. The breakfast room was stunning and the food matched the surroundings. Staff were very welcoming and helpful.

Although the location was on a busy road toward Ortigia, it was a quiet oasis as the sound insulation worked well.

We had 4 nights at the lovely Byssus suites. It was so spacious and well located. We loved the fish market next door and the adjoining restaurant and breakfast room. It was so clean cool and breakfast was beautifully presented every morning buffet style. Emanuele, Cartia and Valentina greeted us with open arms each morning and made great coffee. All of the reception staff we so helpful nothing was too much trouble. We loved coming home every night to our oasis at Byssus. We loved the position of our accommodation as it was out of the busyness of Ortiga but in close proximity remembering that Italian/Sicilian roads can be quite chaotic. 🇦🇺

Great location, easy 10 mins walk to Ortigia. Private parking. Modern, clean and spacious room. We had an apartment with both, shower as well as bath tub. The staff was super friendly and helpful. We also enjoyed the breakfast, freshly baked cakes were very nice. overall I can only recommend this place.

Perfect stay. I can’t tell you how much we loved staying at Byssus Suites. If you’re looking for a high end hotel in Syracuse: this is the place! Great location / design / service. Valentina was really the best host ever. Thank you so much. This is one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at.
