I have stayed in over 500 hotels and without doubt Tanina the receptionist here is the best I have encountered . from her very first Chow and warm welcome to the moment we left this lady was amazing Nothing was too much trouble She is very proud of her town , which is beautiful and charming and explained everything we could need to know . Her recommendations where perfect and increased our enjoyment immensely . It was like having a friend that you trusted recommending restaurants etc The hotel itself was in a perfect location and everything we required . If you are looking to party all night then Sirmione isn't the place for you. But for a beautifully different relaxing , interesting town it is hard to beat

Firstly, the hotel's location was excellent. It was right in the center of the city, close to all the major attractions.. This made it incredibly convenient for exploring the area. One of the highlights of my stay was the breakfast. The hotel offered a wide variety of delicious options, and the quality was exceptional. From freshly baked pastries to a selection of fruits and hot dishes, there was something for everyone. I truly enjoyed starting my day with such a delightful meal. Furthermore, I must commend the outstanding hospitality provided by Tanina. She went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Her warm and friendly demeanor made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. She was always ready to assist with any inquiries or requests we had.

We just came back from a 4-day trip in Sirmione and surrounding areas. We were so lucky to find Hotel Casa Scaligeri! The hotel is literally in the city center and before check-in and after check-out there is a free shuttle offered from a nearby parking (5mins walk) completely for free which is provided by the hotel. The hotel itself has a lot of charm, it is cute and unique. Breakfast is served at the restaurant next door in their terrace (plenty of choices) which is also included in the price as well as free bikes (we requested a family one). But without a doubt, the hotel's best asset is Mrs. Tanina, manager-receptionist-tour guide.... and all in all woman efficient, professional and lovely. We felt welcome before even arriving and she has been fenomenal during the whole stay: she's told us about the history of Sirmione, worried when we were running late (stuck in traffic), suggested sightings, booked for us at local restaurants....! You've been amazing Tanina and made our experience 100 times better!

The BEST experience and highlight of our trip to Italy!! Exceptional service from Tanina--she truly is the BEST!!! She went above and beyond for us in every way. She had fantastic recommendations 👏, set us up on a boat ride around the island, set up a thermal pool reservation for us after an all-day excursion that she told us about(FUN!), great food recommendations(ask about the best place for bruschetta), best things to do on and around the island and coordinated a personal ride to Bolzano(AND printed out sights/attractions to see in Bolzano--go see Otzi). I can't rave about this experience enough. Thanks for making our stay SO special...

That we had to leave!

Tania, really makes you feel welcome & comfortable! The hotel would be alright but she really makes you feel like family. Takes you over to where breakfast is and tells you about the best gelato and restaurants, she was 100%right! Always a smile! The room was average size & the same with bathroom. Had a fridge and elevator. The gentleman that greets u for breakfast is fantastic! So was the breakfast! We had a rental car, got directions & code to get in the parking lot. They took us & luggage to the hotel by an oversized golf cart. So much better than trying to drive in this city. Very good idea,Hotel pays for the safe parking. Great location!

Only problem was the open shower, glass only on one side but figured out how to avoid any water problems.

What a fantastic hotel this is. Spotless, comfortable, excellent water pressure, quiet (even though it is right in the middle of the town), free shuttle, free mini bar, the list goes on. We stayed with baby and it was silent in the room at all times. Breakfast in the downstairs restaurant is superb, staff are all friendly and polite, and you get a small discount if you dine there too. We were impressed by how varied breakfast was; you don’t get this in just any hotel. Branding of the hotel even though not relevant for this review but is thought through, so is the design. The owner is lovely, whilst the receptionist Tanina is just irreplaceable. Always there for you, solving everything and making you feel very special. Baby cot was in a room upon arrival as requested, and Tanina made our life as parents so much easier ever since we stepped through the front door. And she is ever so lovely too. Don’t walk, run to book a room at Casa Scaligeri.

Everything! The location is possibly the best in Sirmoine, the staff were incredibly helpful, the breakfast was amazing and the room was perfect! I have no idea how this hotel is rated as 3 stars it’s genuinely 5 stars from us! The owner on reception was unbelievably helpful, she organised our transfers, provided a tour, booked us the spa, organised our dinners and provided amazing recommendations. We felt like we were staying at the best hotel on the island. I would 100% recommend

Nothing- genuinely couldn’t fault it. It could be loud during the day due to the wonderful location but there’s honestly nothing that can be done about this.

Perfect location. The rooms were nice and modern, but what really stands out here is the personal service you receive. On arrival we were handed printed information and map of the area and were recommended places to see and visit during our stay. This helped us immensely in our planning, as we only had a day and a half here, but fitted everything in easily and comfortably. The two restaurant recommendations were spot on and they not only book them, but also walk you round to show you exactly where they are. The restaurant where you have breakfast is lovely, with good menu choice and tasty food. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend or stay here again.

Uber modern room in a historic building in the middle of the historic centre. Our room looked over the two best gelaterias in Sirmione, but with no road noise. Lovely to watch the street activity below. Well looked after by the amazing Tanina who stayed on the phone when we had trouble finding the parking which is outside the historic centre. She also helped us with detailed directions to Verona Airport.Complimentary non-alco minibar, snacks and tote bag to take home were a lovely surprise. Great bathroom toiletries. Free 25min boat trip tickets. Breakfast excellent, they don't open till 8am, no good for early departures

My husband & myself had the most amazing 5 night stay in Casa Scaligeri. The hotel is in a perfect location. The delicious breakfast is served around the corner in their restaurant. The room was very clean & comfortable. There is a wonderful atmosphere in Sirmione with many great restaurants & bars. I would highly recommend a boat trip to Bardolino & another to Limone. We also spent a relaxing day at Jamaica beach & availed of the free loungers compliments of the hotel. Tania was so welcoming & kind. She is so helpful & definitely made us feel very special. "Thank you". The hotel offer the best taxi rates for airport transfers.
