It was amazing in the heart of Sirmione old “ village “with a water front on the lake . When all the day trippers had gone we had the “ island” to ourselves and walked right to the tip to watch sunset . The breakfast was so good and the staff all charming . A best stop over ever !

Hotel Eden is just fabulous! The hotel is spotlessly clean, comfortable and well maintained. It's in a perfect location, overlooking the lake with beautiful views and next to lots of restaurants and cafes. It's also next to the ferry terminal, making it very easy to visit other resorts. While it's in the midst of everything, it's also very quiet and relaxing inside the hotel. The terrace was a great place to relax with plenty of sun loungers. We enjoyed coming back to the hotel to relax after sightseeing. Staff were lovely, always welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was great too. There was a lovely selection of fresh food and drinks. Sitting having breakfast on the terrace, watching the ducks on the lake was a relaxing start to the day. This was our second visit to Hotel Eden and we loved it as much as the first time.

Hotel Eden was in the perfect spot. We had a wonderful room on the third floor overlooking the square where the ferry boats came in and out. The weather was beautiful the first three days and then we had a day of rain which was OK too because we could walk to restaurants close by and sit on the balcony between raindrops, and enjoy the view. The hotel staff was fantastic. Everyone was very friendly and took care of all of our needs. The breakfast buffet was excellent, and the cappuccino, magnifico! We did the sunset cruise around the peninsula one evening and that was spectacular. Overall, just a wonderful experience. The streets were a little busy during the day, but in the evening things quieted down and it was just magical, especially the gelato 🍦 and wine 🍷 and food😁

Location excellent as you could see all the ferries coming and going. The ticket office showed deals on various ferry trips and you can really only buy on the day so we were right beside the ticket office. Very comfortable spacious room. Free bicycles - no gears but handy to get around. It rained a lot (early October) so didn’t get a chance to use the sun loungers. Receptionist Grace was very helpful. Lovely breakfast with all you need. Amazing smoked salmon.

I try to be green and not get room serviced and one lady housekeeper understood this but another lady insisted on cleaning. Minor inconvenience.

You couldn’t wish for a better location, right in the centre of Sirmione. The welcome was great, I arrived early and luckily the room was ready. The room wasn’t luxurious in the classic Italian style but it was perfectly clean, comfortable and more than adequate bearing in mind that you predominantly only slept in it. The breakfast was extensive and good. The bonus was the sun deck where one could take a break from the sightseeing and touring. Would certainly recommend the Hotel for a Lake Garda holiday.

To be honest it would be churlish to pick a fault. As I said the rooms weren’t luxurious but for the cost, location, cleanliness and help from the staff that’s nothing. I’ve paid far more for luxury and been disappointed and as I’ve said, you don’t spend masses of time in the room.

The staff were excellent,a warm welcome, Our room had a balcony looking over the lake. The hotel was in an ideal location for visiting different areas , with restaurants,shops , and ferry services right outside of the hotel. Good breakfast and nice relaxing area looking over the lake. A very special mention, Grace the receptionist ,and Robert the barman.who made our stay really special.

Unfortunately the bed was very hard and very uncomfortable. The chambermaid did all she could by adding toppers , but still very uncomfortable to sleep on. the room was small but Adequate. . Very basic shower.

Everything was outstanding. The staff were super friendly and helpful, the breakfast buffet was superb, the room was spotlessly clean - an altogether amazing experience. Just to add, make sure you get a balcony room with a view of the lake-it will make a world of difference when you wake up and when you go to sleep. It can be super busy and crowded in Sirmione, but once you enter the hotel grounds, it’s like an oasis from the maddening crowds. One of the best hotels we have ever stayed in. Certainly the best staff!

Having to leave!

Lovely breakfast with hot options as well as good selection of fruit, breads, cereals. Staff were helpful and friendly. Bedroom was spacious and bed very comfortable and en suite lovely. Hotel is in great location and had weather been better I imagine outside areas would be lovely to relax in.

We were in junior suite and balcony was rather small and separate lounge area was small and not very comfortable to sit in. However bedroom was large so not a problem.

We had a beautiful room with a direct view of lake, with ducks and swans swimming about in front of the hotel. The hotel is next to the boat dock which can take you anywhere on the lake. Being from the US and not speaking much Italian or knowing the area the front desk and all the staff were so kind & genuine to help us in any way they could. The breakfast was excellent, so many choices, all perfectly prepared. We found this hotel by accident and are so happy we did because another large hotel next door which had a full restaurant but absolutely the worst food we've ever eaten at any hotel in the world. Thank god we stayed at Hotel Eden! We will be back for sure and Hotel Eden will always be our first choice in Sirmione!

The location is in the middle of Sirmione directly on the lake. The ferry pier is next door so access to the rest of the lake is good. During the day the area is very lively with people arriving on the ferry but at night (once the ferries have stopped) it is delightfully quiet. Breakfast was a good buffet. Staff were excellent. Rooms were a good size and well maintained. Lake view rooms have a great view, and the non-lake-view room that my son was in also had a partial lake view. (We were on the third floor.)
