The location of this hotel is great. And if you need to park there is a fantastic shuttle situation that couldn't be easier or more convenient. The room was very clean and had a full length mirror, closet space, a mini fridge, and was a decent size. The bathroom, and shower in particular were small, but seemed newly updated with modern, clean fixtures. The a/c worked well. The staff was nice. Breakfast was mostly a traditional Italian spread - pastries, cereal, meats and cheese, but they did also have bacon and eggs. Overall it was a good stay and I'd stay there again. It felt like a good value for a hotel in a very busy lakeside town.

The bed was very firm and the pillows pretty flat and flimsy. The elevator could be slow but we often used the stairs anyway. The lobby is kind of plain and made me think the rooms wouldn't be as comfortable and clean as they actually were. Not a big deal at all, just an observation

We got the last minute deal the day before and if was a good price - a basic hotel but very well located near Aquaria thermal spa, old town, restaurants, shops, beach (path was however closed to Jamaica beach for the season ) The receptionist was the most welcoming I have ever met - he should be an actor :) We used grifo parking (pre-book with hotel) and it takes you to hotel in a golf cart - great experience for all (incl the dog) and does not take long (you can also walk to parking). Pets allowed which I always consider a bonus. Internet is with a password so camera for the dog worked too.

Poor breakfast , ie not enough warm food - as noted in previous reviews. We came too late - around 930- so missed the eggs and bacon. Instant coffee from the machine was horrible but you can choose espresso or machiato and it will make a better coffee from the beans . There was a strange overbearing smell in the room, probably from cleaning liquids used. It was cold at night in October so bring warm pyjama.

The location was fantastic, right in the centre, but still quiet. The room was comfortable and clean and the air con worked well. The buffet breakfast was basic but there were enough options. The guy on reception was super friendly. The parking with GriffoParking was fantastic and so well organised.

The location is quite central, although Sirmione isn't a very large area to walk from one end to the other. The air conditioner has worked well, and it has most of the essentials such as bar fridge and lift. Breakfast was simple but it is a bonus to us as we didn't expect it to be included. I strongly recommend restaurant Il Girasole that is around the corner. Friend staffs serving up awesome foods, the iberico pork fillet was to die for. Also great recommendation for the wine pairing. Overall, it was a pleasant stay for our day trip.

The hair drier is weak and not very efficient, and the bathroom is a bit tight. Lady staff at the front desk is either in a bad mood or just not into greeting guests.

Good location close to all amenities, and the regular ferry to explore the areas of Lake Garda. Sirimione is a wonderful place very busy at times plenty of shops, lots of restaurants to choose from so the hotel is in an ideal place. Beautiful view from my room cannot fault that. The staff were so friendly, very helpful and welcoming which is very appreciated when travelling solo.

You can hear alot of noise from other rooms some of the time. Lack of tea and coffee facilities in the room. Only bottles of water, but there is a fridge available in the room.

Situated in the old parts of the city. After finding the parking for the car it was not far to walking the little city. The walk was nice but we where unlucky having 40 degrees Celsius and sun to walk in with two suitcases and a packpack. that was tough!! Very nice and helpful staff explaining that we could stay in their parking spot at a fee of 13 eu which was good. Nice view from the room over the Garda lake. The BEST breakfast I ever had in Italy during 50 years passing Italy, contained even scrambeld eggs with bacon, good coffee and nice hams. It was a very good start for the day. The room was air-conditioned that was gold worth in this heat.

Can't find anything I did not like.

Located in the centre, just few minutes away from the castle and all the shops and restaurants. The staff is always gentle, friendly and helpful. Mohamed, the man working during the nights welcomed us and give us suggestions for our stay. Also the guys in the morning and the woman in the breakfast area; everyone is really nice! The room had everything essential and the lake view was just wonderful and worth it the visit.

As is the centre of the city and is probably a old building the isolation is not great. We could hear some noises from the near rooms but nothing that disturbed us too much. The breakfast was really nice, however I think could be even better with just more choices, especially for the salty things.

Staff ALL helpful and friendly, location is superb, room view (305) lake view was beautiful. The breakfast was excellent continental with bacon and scrambled eggs. Room was well appointed clean and seemed to be recently refurbished immaculate! Taxis for airport runs booked through hotel and we're prompt and comfortable. If you're not happy with this hotel you have a problem.

Not a thing

The position of the hotel was great. Close to everything, but also a quiet zone. The staff were excellent.

The furniture in the room looked quite old. Also, the room could be a little bigger. The position of the air conditioner was awuful. It worked well, but the cold air hit you directly in the head, which is not ok, because you will have a headache. We slept with the air conditioning turned off and the windows closed, because there was a risk that a few Geko would enter the room (but the part with Geko is not the hotel's fault), instead they could mount the air conditioner in the hall of the room. Breakfast could have been more diverse... much more diverse. The WiFi signal was poor. The minibar was empty, but that was not the biggest problem. The problem was that it didn't even work, so we could buy water from somewhere else and keep it cold.

The front desk staff were all terrific! The location is terrific, walking distance to all historical centre and the icing on the cake was secure parking lot where the parking staff drives you to your hotel with you luggage and drive you back to the parking lot when you are leave….a terrific service. A nice breakfast of savoury and sweet choices.
