The location of this Hotel is superb, u couldn't be any more central in Sirmone. We have stayed in many Hotels and this is by far the most spotless Hotel we have stayed in. The Beds are so comfortable and the showers were powerful. Rooms are cleaned daily and towels were changed everyday.The Breakfast was unbelievable the variety of fruit, juices, cakes, breads. The hot food scramble eggs bacon etc loads to choose from!! The staff were outstanding very friendly especially the breakfast staff and the accommodation staff. Overall we had a wonderful experience with this hotel and would highly recommend for couples.

It's not so much what we didn't like about the hotel but we just felt the €150 Deposit a month before we arrived was a bit unnecessary. This is taken just incase you damaged the room, we felt that this area was more of a higher end clientele and couldn't see how anyone would damage a room. Then again we don't know what they have experienced before with people.

Lovely little hotel in the centre of Sirmione. Everything is within walking distance. Clean, comfortable rooms - we had the lake view which was lovely. You can have breakfast on the terrace (for 5€ extra pp). We even had organ music from the church next door in the background. The hotel had a list of restaurant recommendations which were helpful. You can arrange for parking through the hotel, leaving the car in a car park outside the town centre (driving into town is restriced). It's not cheap but worth it if you're driving, as finding public parking during high season is difficult. The car park will transfer you and your luggage to the hotel (and back) which is great.

Sirmione is heaving under the pressure of tourists, but in the evenings there are less crowds and exploring the town is more pleasant.

The hotel is located very close to “the castle” when you enter the old town Sirmione but on a calm side-street. Just across from the hotel, there is a Michel restaurant. There is a small beach just next to the hotel which made a small dip in the lake before bedtime very convenient. The room for four that we booked was fairly large and had two small bathrooms which was very much appreciated. Travelling with teenagers, we noted the Wi-Fi worked excellent. Visiting Sirmione in July, we also appreciated the well-functioning AC! The breakfast was varied and very nice. In addition, the service we got prior and during our visit was excellent. Staff was very nice and service-minded and helped us to book parking well in advance and the communication during the process was superb. We received all information we needed to reach and enter the parking well in advance. A shuttle bus took us from the parking to the hotel and picked us up again at the departure. Considering the heat, this was appreciated, otherwise, it is short enough to walk (and the shuttle can take you luggage). The service was so good prior the visit that I deselected a much more expensive four star hotel who did not bother to respond to my simple requests online. The timely and friendly information we got after arrival did not change this impression. This is a very professionally run hotel. I would not hesitate to chose this hotel again.

Nothing. All worked well. The AC got very cold at night, but that is because we cranked it too low (response to the immense heat at this time, not normal I have understood) and only shows it worked. We figured out what temperature was cold enough after a while and adjusted accordingly.

The hotel and its location is great to explore Sirmione. The view from the room is breathtaking! We were in awe. All of these already make it a fantastic option but what really won our hearts is their staff. It was my wife's birthday and they were so kind and warm in helping me plan for it. We had quite a few long days exploring different parts of Garda, but when we returned to the hotel we got the warm fuzzy feeling of being back home. Can't get better than that! With a central location comes noise from the street. I kept the windows locked most of the time, so it was not a huge problem. AC turned itself on and off as it wished, even though I kept the windows locked and held a room card in the card holder. I couldn't regulate it and it was annoying.

Very clean hotel. The free breakfast was very good. Best scrambled eggs. Better than restaurants at home in U.S. Excellent location next to the Scaligero Castle. Second floors and above can have view of castle. The town is charming and the hotel is close to everything the staff was outstanding. The bed was surprisingly very comfortable. Many hotels don’t have great mattresses. If we ever return I would book Hotel Delhi Oleandri again.

There was absolutely nothing we didn’t like.

Excellent location in the heart of Sirmione. Very close to main attractions castle 100m -1 min walk, Museo Grote di Catullo 15 min walk, ferry 260m 3 min walk, bus stop 360m 4 min walk; Therme di Sirmione 400m 5 min walk; next to the beautiful old church; hotel has the lake view from amazing terrace and from the room; close to the best restaurants. Having this perfect location gives you the opportunity to see this amazing place very early morning when you can experience sunrise or late evenings to see sunset. You can enjoy a walk along the beach early morning before other tourists come to the town. I was impressed by hotel receptionists who were always very helpful and ready to answer all my questions and give advice on how to get to places, what transport to use, they printed bus time tables for me, provided ferry time table, tourist map, there were able also to organize a transport if I need. Great cleaning service - room was spotless, clean every day. The hotel is located in the center but it is peaceful and quiet. After 11 pm there is no noise so you can sleep. Very good breakfast are served in a beautiful room or at the terrace. Good selection of food.

Although the property is in the city centre, it isn’t noisy in the evening or at night. The building is very modern with a mix of vintage architecture. The parking arrangement costs 15 euros and it was very safe. This matter was extremely important to us. Be aware which hour you indicate for parking check in. You will scan a code and the parking will be available starting the indicated hour, for 24 hours. The breakfast was very nice. The nicest touch was the terrace and the solarium. The property can serve you drinks on the terrace starting 5 pm (until 11pm). You won’t regret picking this accomodation.

Just to be picky, tha bathrooms needs some hanging racks for the towels.

An excellent breakfast - in particular, the freshly baked cakes were superb. Staff extremely helpful and attentive. it is very close to the center of the village and castle, but on a side street, so a little quieter.

Our room was comfortable; a little dark as it was around the back, but quiet as a plus. The building is historical, which is nice but there were stairs to our room, not an elevator, which might matter for some guests. The bathroom was perfectly functional, but not modern.

Great location with amazing views of the Sirmione city, we really enjoyed the possibility of having breakfast at the terrace with views of the lake, church and the castle. Staff was really lovely and friendly, especially Alan and Makaryous who made our stay really special

Could be a little bit more spacious, lack of iron in the rooms. Visible mould in the room & toilet above on the ceiling
