Everything! Staff really attentive and friendly, location is perfect just a couple of minutes walk to the heart of Taormina. We loved the style of the rooms and the hotel overall. Breakfast was excellent. Small touches such as fruit basket and complimentary drinks go a long way. Would definitely recommend and return next time we visit Taormina! Grazie Mille!

Villa Fiorita is a beautiful Boutique Hotel that is dedicated to make you feel at home. Staff is absolutely amazing! The receptionist are super friendly and extremely helpful with tips for tours and restaurants, the waiters are super sweet and also the rest of the service personal is very nice and helpful. The Hotel has a beautiful view over the coast line and is only 1 min away from the cable car to Isola Vella and 3 min away from Porta Messina. It is at the same time quiet and central - a perfect mix! I loved the design of the place that combines classic Sicilian ceramics with modern light hues and furniture design. The common areas are beautiful (I had several vc‘s there and my business partner always asked me where I found the beautiful wallpaper - well, no wallpaper, it was Villa Fiorita). The rooms have a clean and modern design which I like very much. The pool area is also very nice for some relaxation after a stroll trough town. We loved the crash orange juice and the pistachio croissants for breakfast!

Absolutely nothing to criticize! Just some remarks to inform other travelers: the Hotel is Adult Only. There is no view on Etna but onto the Isola Bella bay which is also beautiful. In wintertime the pool area is sunny until 14:30 afterwards the sun vanishes behind the amphitheater. The breakfast is quite opulent for an Italian hotel but this is still Italy so please don’t expect Eggs Benedict etc. For us it was perfectly fine!

Villa Fiorita is the perfect hotel in a prime location - it’s much easier to walk to town from this hotel than others at the bottom or top of the hill. All the amenities you could need for a Sicily trip are covered by the excellent staff. The staff delivered an amazing breakfast everyday, led by Eddardo who was especially helpful and kind. The front desk staff were great as well and helped arrange transfers from the airport as well as any request we had. Finally, the views from this hotel are gorgeous, but the unique property itself makes the experience unforgettable. I discovered some new area or decor each day and cannot adequately convey the tasteful and beautiful design of this building. Villa Fiorita was by far the most elegant and beautiful property we have stayed in during our European travels. You feel like a part of history!

No complaints whatsoever! Our stay was perfect.

Perfect location, round the corner from the main hub of Taormina, peaceful but easy to get to the busy streets within minutes. Hotel was beautifully decorated, very comfy beds with memory foam pillows (perfect for us), I couldn’t find one speck of dust; it was spotlessly clean! The breakfast was fabulous with many options and something different every day. The staff were utterly amazing. So friendly and helpful and the service was impeccable. The waiters at breakfast and on the bar could not do enough for us and kept us entertained with their charm and humour. I cannot recommend this property enough, we will definitely be back! Thank you Villa Fiorita!

The only one thing I would change is to have slightly comfier (padded) sunloungers round the pool, but that is a very minor thing!!

I immediately felt welcome upon check-in. I arrived much earlier, but that was no problem, I even got an upgrade to another room with a sunny terrace. The room is light, crystal clear with a nice bathroom with a spacious shower that was easy to operate. Lovely soft and sufficient towels, nice bathrobe and slippers, a mini fridge with water and fruit juices. It is striking that all areas of the hotel are spotless, a compliment to the cleaners! Everyone, absolutely everyone, on the staff is dedicated and ensures that your stay is wonderfully relaxing. The reception staff arranged tickets for the opera and gave tips for restaurants. I (unfortunately) had to leave early in the morning, but I could use the breakfast service and take something with me for the journey. The suitcase was picked up from my room and put in the taxi. In summary: a wonderfully comfortable hotel, with an eye for detail, they know what hospitality means.

The hotel has a fantastic design and ambience, spread over many levels with stunning views from the public areas and most bedrooms. Breakfast was lovely with high quality items and helpful staff. We only stayed for two nights so the location was perfect for everything including bus connections. We had a couple of small problems with our room and each time the staff went above and beyond to make it better for us, including upgrading our room (we didn’t ask for this).

The pool was shallow for about 1/3 of its length and there was a large stepped area in one corner, so it wasn’t easy to do ‘lengths’ as such. We found it hard to find places to hang the larger used towels, and the hooks on the back of the bathroom door could only be used if you’re extremely tall. A little bit more checking that everything in a room is functioning and as it should be before guests check in would make this a truly exceptional hotel, but having said that, the staff were very keen to help us to have a perfect stay.

There is nothing not to like. The building is beautiful, immaculately clean, well kept and perfectly located, near everything you want it to be. It is quiet, you do not hear any road or any other noise. Iryna made us feel super special from the moment we walked in, and went out of her way throughout our stay to make it a memorable one. The other members of staff were very friendly and helpful too. We had a room with a balcony, the views are wonderful (photo attached). The hotel has a number of outside areas where you can relax. Breakfast was delicious, great selection and everything was really fresh. You would make a mistake not to stay at Villa Fiorita.

Everything was exceptional... the staff, the hotel, our room, the views, breakfast (I could go on). We arrived with the intention of staying just 1 night but didn't want to leave so stayed a 2nd night. If we had more time we'd have stayed a week. Truely incredible place and the location is the best in Toarmina.... 3 mins in the cable car to the beach and 3 mins walk to the beautiful town of Taormina!! Also I wish I got the name of the loveliest girl with blonde hair at reception... she really made our visit and wish I could mention her here. We'll be back 💖

LOVED EVERYTHING

Nicely decorated modern hotel. Good sized room and the terrace with sea view was amazing to have. Pool and bar areas were very nice. Breakfast was good with plenty options. Staff were all really friendly and accommodating. Great location.

We found a few towels in bathroom that had marks on them. This felt a slight drop in standard considering the standard of cleanliness and service was generally very high. Personal preference but we found the music at the bar and pool area too loud at times, especially as we could also hear it from our terrace.
