Location was great, just outside the Messina gate to the old town of Taormina. There were plenty of places to eat nearby and a bakery a couple of doors away. The nearest coop supermarket was about a 7 minute walk. Apartment was basic but had everything we needed. Pool was small but great to have it to cool off. Buildings and gardens were kept very well. The staff were all very friendly and helpful.Added bonus was the option to book a transfer to and from the beach club in Letojanni that included sun loungers and umbrella.

We found the bed quite hard.

Excellent location with walking distance to cable cars, bus station and it is right opposite the bus stop and the tour operators. It's is 20 meters from where the market starts and about 5-10 min walk from all attractions. Has an amazing staff from the man in the morning and the senior guy in the night. Both very helpful and extremely accomodating. we had a beautiful 2 level room with a 2nd room in attic and the kids loved it. TV also had Netflix for them and the room had a fully equipped kitchen too. Hotel also had a small pool for kids and ice warm jacuzzi. Overall a brilliant experience.

Only drawback was may be lack of space in bathroom due to big jacuzzi so it was a difficult for girls to get ready.

Barbara greeted us kindly when we arrived an hour before check in and gave us a tour of the facility. We had the 2 story apartment with a balcony view from the living room and a skylight view in the second floor room. The rooms were pretty spacious, both with double beds, and clean. The bathroom had a jacuzzi tub that we enjoyed using. There was a sofa bed in the living room which we used to watch movies one of the nights. We enjoyed the black out shades in the rooms that helped with our jet lag. We also used the outdoor jacuzzi which the maintenance guy, Pierre, helped us set up. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and everyone was helpful and so sweet. Grazie mille Barbara e Pierre!

The water pressure for the shower was low and the stairs leading up to the second room were loose and loud when walking up/down on.

Location amazing - one minute from the beautiful old town and two minutes from cable car. Friendly staff. Stayed in a deluxe apartment that had a bit of sea view even. Lovely little garden. Think it's fairly obvious from the pictures that it's not a 5 star hotel, and that the pool is quite small. So if you book knowing that and having realistic expectations this is a great choice to stay in the centre of Taormina.

The location is perfect - a few minutes walk to the ancient theatre and the old city. The apartment was clean and the courtyard is pretty - we enjoyed having our breakfast on the porch overlooking the pool. The parking is on the location.

There is no noise isolation between the rooms. We could hear loud talking from the next room as if they were in our room, and we could not sleep! The water was not warm enough the first evening. After complaining it was fine the next day. Parking was more expensive than other places we saw.

You are so close to the main attractions yet in a reasonably quiet area. the apartment is basic but has everything you need, the pool is a nice size and all the staff were lovely and friendly. We would definitely recommend here.

The only thing I can say is that a kettle would have been nice (we’re typically English) but we were able to use a saucepan to make our cups of tea, so not really a negative.

The hotel is perfectly located smack in the middle of Taormina, but quiet because of its placement in a backyard. Our ground floor apartment was unfancy but practical. Everything from beds to shower, aircon, and wifi just worked. The two employees we met were both friendly and helpful beyond what could be expected - eg they helped us drive our car out of the narrow garage. Can recommend the transfer service to a nearby beach, hassle-free and good value.

The pool was both small and shallow and almost felt more like a childrens wading pool. We only tried it once. Getting the car out of the garage and through two gates was a little impractical and time consuming.

Great location, directly entrance of the main street. Super easy check in. There are many eateries around. There is a kitchen, a small terrace and a table so you can cook and eat in the place, which is nice. We did not come by car but there is a convenient parking place in the facility. Bus and taxi station is just across the building.

If you come by train, you need to take a taxi or find the correct bus it is because Taormina city and the train station is distant.

We had a wonderful holiday thanks to our stay in Villa Glicine, the staff were fantastic and I could not fault anything. The place was spotless and very well looked after. Thank you for having us. I will definitely recommend you to all my friends, excellently located for discovery the beautiful town of Taormina.

Very nice appartment in the centre of Taormina. Nice garden with Pool area and Whirlpool. Friendly staff and easy check-in/check-out. The square in front of the house is very hustle and bustle, but great to watch from the balcony. I can highly recommend it.

The parking situation in Taormina is not easy. There is a car park a few hundred meters away. But this is very well frequented and does not always have spaces. Otherwise there is a public parking with a shuttle service which stops right in front of the appartment - but that is not very handy with the luggage.
