Amazing location!! On the main street but the noise was kept out by great windows. We had probably one of the best rooms on the top floor. Brand new room. All little things provided. Common kitchen had everything. Closte with extra towels was very handy. Washer and drier were brand new.

A very small point. We had an accident and needed a first aid kit. The girl on the helpline did not know there was one in the essentials closet. We found it by mistake. It is a crucial info to know. Also please refill it because we used a lot of what was inside.

The room was very well designed and it was spacious and neat, unlike most properties in Venice. It felt clean and new, despite it being within an old building. I loved the amenities in the bathroom and also the shared amenities like the co-working space, the shared kitchen, and the laundry room.

The staffless reception and the constant need to text a 'bot' before being able to speak to a real person was frustrating, especially when we lost some belongings and needed help to find them.

The room was very comfortable and clean. the location was excellent.

we would have liked the room to be cleaned during the stay while we were out. it's very handy having the essentials available for us to help ourselves for things like coffee and toilet paper. but we would have appreciated clean cups and plates as we were using these each day and it didn't feel very hygienic to be cleaning these ourselves in the room.

Great location. Amazing view to the canal. Spotlessly clean, stylish interior, very comfortable beds. Digital registration smoothly. The possibility to store luggage before check in and after check out was great too. And the availability of an elevator is also a real advantage.

Great location, 15-20 minutes walking to main spots in Venice, but distant from the noisy area. Could sleep well, good grocery shops 3 minutes from the hotel, so you can buy some food for your breakfast or aperetivo ;) many restaurants, coffee shops, wine bars etc. Not mentioned digital experience, love it!!

i really liked staying there: good location, facilities like earplugs, hair dryer, lotions, small fridge in the room, water, tea & coffee ❤️ another good point that you can leave your luggage for free after checkout till the evening

Cute small hotel in great area. Everything feels brand new and super clean. Very comfortable beds, you have everything needed in the room, including fridge, kitchenware, safe ect. There’s full self-service at the hotel, so don’t expect cleaning during your stay.

Nice place, big balcony, small things like coffee, schampo etc. in the room.

The room is really very, very small. There were no chairs to sit on (even on the balcony) and the address is confusing (it is not on the place which the link that we received showed us)

A wonderful place in Venice. Clean, great location, view from the balcony, easy check-in. For this money, this is a great place. And what is important is the tap water, clean and always hot! We liked everything, we will come back!

Perfect location, a small walk from the station. The hotel is new and the facilities are modern. I was very impressed with the digital technology. They have free baggage store as well
