We liked everything. The size of the room was ample, sheets were clean, the bed was comfortable, and the aircon worked perfectly. There was a profusion of very clean towels. There was sufficient stowage space and electrical outlets. The location was excellent, being so close to everything. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Tintoretto's complimentary buffet breakfast in the square by a quiet canal is the best by far out of the 4 lodgings we've been to so far. You could have a really heavy one, and the next meal you need to have is dinner. There are many good eating places for all kinds of budgets within 15 mins walk, from hole-in-the-wall and sit-down extravaganzas. There are also several churches nearby for those who want to pray. We highly recommend Hotel Tintoretto.

Great location, great breakfast served next to the canal (soya milk available for vegans, though inform the hotel in advance), room was largely clean and comfortable and the staff were excellent (giving lots of recommendations and tips). The room had functioning air conditioning too which helped with the summer heat. Despite the central location, there was no issue with noise. Bonus for tea lovers: there was a kettle in the room!

The fridge in the room could have done with a clean (being very picky here!)

The hotel was easy to get to, the staff was friendly and efficient, and they allowed us to leave our luggage before check-in. Our room was at the annex across from the hotel. It was easy to get to. The room was small but suited our needs for one night. Everything in Venice was easily accessible by foot from our room. It was a great stay.

The location is great, half way between Santa Lucia Railway Station and San Marco Square. There is a Coop Supermarket nearby and plenty of restaurants, also a few minutes away from Fondamenta Misericordia. The room was small but cozy and comfortable. The Bathroom was quite large and clean. The staff very helpful speaking perfect English. The Breakfast was mostly sweet but we had the possibility to make some ham/salami&cheese toasts. Tip: Take the coffee from the Bar instead of the coffee machine even if you pay one euro or two for it, it's totally worth the money.

There were some strange noises during the night from the inner yard, from the the AC I think, but it was quiet overall.

Staff was very kind and helpful, they allowed us to leave our luggage at the reception before check in ( we come earlier)and even when we checked out. Food was great, but the most important the room temperature was very comfortable, the air conditioner worked when no one was in the room.

Everything was great

- Very nice hotel in a charming old building. - Good location in Venice, we reached all sites walking. - Very friendly and helpful staff.

- Quite noisy. Very thin walls so you hear everything in the house. During the day there was also a construction site with lots of drilling.

The best thing about this Hotel without a doubt is the staff... Always willing to help, and doing their best. The breakfast was good and the location is amazing. I would book this Hotel again but another room. There is a lovely space to have breakfast next to the canal.

I missed the chance of booking a bigger room so I've got the double room in the annex which was way too small. In any case, we stayed only 2 nights so not a big deal.

Extremely clean, modern mechanical systems with cold AC and hot water. Great location. Wonderful staff. Great breakfast with outdoor seating available next to the canal.

Minor issue with AC, which was immediately addressed by management.

The staff was very attentive. Location of the hotel was excellent. Breakfast 10 stars! Room was super clean, nice and comfortable, had a kettle with tea and coffee.

Everything was great, I would improve the hair dryer in the bathroom.
