The property was very central, clean and comfortable. the staff were very lovely and accommodating.

At about 8am someone started vacuuming outside our room which was unpleasant.

Very nice location, the staff were very helpful and we could leave our luggage for free during our last day.

Quite a small room with only one electric socket, didn’t match the photos.

The location is close to the train station (10 minutes of walking), it's in a great spot, it's quiet but also near the main alley of restaurants. Pleasant welcoming and clean property. I can't say it was cheap, Venice seems to be expensive, but it was cheaper than most other places and therefore the value for the money was good enough.

It was early spring and there was some heating but I would like 2-3 degrees more. No big deal but inconvenient. The shower can't accommodate fat people ( wasn't the case for me but worth to mention )

The location was perfect! Quiet little street in the middle of the town, easy walk from train station and plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. Room was clean and neat, small, but it met our needs. Staff was wonderful, even provided us with a corkscrew and wine glasses for our wine. I would stay there again!

Coffee pot with coffee in room would be nice.

The rooms were super clean and the staff were very helpful. It's very close to the station and the location is generally very good. It's close to lots of nice and not overpriced bars, shops, and restaurants, but is also down a nice quiet street. The beds were comfy and the air con was nice and cool.

It would have been nice to have a small fridge in the room, especially as it was so hot when we were there. The hotel decor is a little dated but nice enough. The lock on the bathroom door kept getting stuck, so we had to not close it fully.

The location is great, and i would certainly stay somewhere like Cannaregio again - it's not far from the bus/train station which helps when carrying luggage through Venice. The hotel is also down a side street so it's mostly very quiet. The staff were all very lovely and friendly. The room is very spacious and quite comfortable, the room facilities were all generally good.

I think there might have been some damp damage on the walls, the paint appeared to be bubbling in a few spots. A few items of clothes brushed against it and were covered in white dust, which rubbed off easily enough. I guess this happens and i was just unlucky/clumsy, but i'd advise to be careful when leaving your bags. The toilet also didn't seem to have a light switch and operated on a sensor, which was quite annoying in the shower - it would turn off and you'd need to wave your arms around every 30 seconds or so to turn the light back on.

Was a good price and excellent staff. Couldn't find the front door and the receptionist helped us lol. In general, it was a good room for the price. Bed was pretty comfortable and big.

The bed sheets were a bit dirty. Even after coming back from a trip, cleaning services appeared to have gone through, but they didn't changed the sheets. Also, they had body soap in the shower, but no shampoo/conditioner, but that wasn't that big a deal anyways.

Perfect hotel for an affordable stay in the magical city of Venice, with a very welcoming, friendly staff. The room was small, but clean and had a great functioning air condition. The bed was not the most comfy, but we made friends after a few nights. Location is just perfect, being in a small street away form the hustle and bustle of tourism, but still very close to all the interesting sites. The walk from the hotel to San Marco is beautiful and very well-marked, making it very easy to find your way thru the city. Lots of excellent restaurants in the area too, within just 5 min walk!

Wi-fi connection was super unstable. I was supposed to teach a few online classes during my stay, which was made impossible, due to the internet dropping randomly all the time.

Everything was perfect. Great location: close to the main train station and walking distance to main square sof the city. Great service: free breakfast, free wifi, coffee machine in the room. Best bang for your buck from what I've seen. Been there twice. Still love it!

Honestly, nothing much. For me, it was all perfect. The room can be a bit small if you go for the cheapest option but even then, the room is very practical and you get everything you need.

This room fulfilled all of my needs for my one night in Venice. I got lucky that my room was ready early and was able to drop my bags upon arrival. Plenty of space for two suitcases and two people. Staff were nice and check in/out was very easy.

Slightly out of the way of the central area of Venice (San Marco square) but nothing more than a 20-30 min walk max- reasonable location for the price.
