easy to find and central to all that we did

just needed maybe tea and coffee in the room, but that’s being picky

The property is beautiful. The room was very comfortable and was impressively decorated. The air conditioning was a life saver as Venice was very hot and humid this year. We really appreciated the mini-fridge in the room, which was very cold unlike in most hotels. The best part of our stay here was the wonderful resident cat, Minou. We miss her already! No offense to the humans as they were great as well. The location is in a great neighborhood in Castello, which is close to many excellent restaurants, but far enough away from the crowds. There is a wonderful bakery just around the corner and several places just down the street to grab some great cicchetti and drinks. We would gladly stay here again!

There was honestly nothing to dislike.

Great location, quiet road, very close to San Marco square, very good places to eat, very good size room and very friendly staff. Nicole was super atentive and helped us with everything we need to stay comfortable with our one year old daughter.

A constructive criticism. The shower head need to be replaced.

We did not have breakfast so could not comment. However we had a fridge in our room if we wanted to buy from local supermarket. We liked the location as it was more residential with a few shops and bars just a street or so away. Lovely walk to St. Marks Square. I liked the courtyard where we had drinks on our first night. Lovely little place. Not the easiest to find but local shop directed us as down a quiet lane. Look for the statue of Mary above the corner of the street and street art and you know you are near the b&b.

Would have liked a wardrobe with hanging space rather than shelves. There were hangers available and clothes had to be hung from coat hooks on hangers which wasn't a problem once accustomed to it.

The room was large and nice decorated in the Venetian spirit: beautiful marble floor. The bed was very comfortable. A little fridge was in the room along with the tv screen. The bathroom was huge with shower and bathtub separate, nice orange towels and toiletries. Heating was working and adjustable from taps. Hairdryer in the bathroom, coffee machine and kettle in the living room. Living room was a shared space but it was beautifully decorated. Staff was very polite and helpful. Great location, 7-10 min walking to San Marco Plaza. Lot of shops around and a grocery store- Biale.

Nothing, everything was perfect.

The room is super clean and gorgeous. the decorations are elegant and the area is very quiet. in the morning the breakfast is also good prepared. highly recommended

.Lovely family run place to stay in a great location looked after very well by the lovely Monica..and greeted by the friendly family cat..4 mins to the boat taxis which was handy for getting to the other islands. Great location and approx 20 mins walk from St Marco Square

Nothing comes to mind and would definatly stay there again..there is a music venue right near which now and again put on shows..wish we had bought tickets as it sounded like a good night but this wouldn't stop me staying there again.

Absolutely loved the property, easy access from the water bus station, quieter part of Venice but still couple minutes walking distance to the livelier busier areas, easy access to the rooms, customer service and hospitality was first class from Nicole and the team who helped us settle in very well and helped with every travel questions we had. Beautiful bedroom exactly how it looked on the photos, welcome cookies were nice too. Breakfast was fulfilling and refreshing. All in all, was a fantastic stay here and would come back again for sure. Oh and can’t forget about our lovely sociable feline friend Minou who would welcome us everytime we entered the property 😄

N/a loved every bit

The room was very clean and within walking distance to all the places we wanted to see. Shops, restaurants and cafes nearby. Easy to get to from the parking garage we used just as you came onto the garage too. The host was friendly and very communicative on the lead up to our stay, helping with directions. The bathroom was well stocked, and water was provided everyday. There was also a fridge in our room which we found helpful.

Nicole, the owner helped us with info on transportation from the airport and around the city, and was generally very kind and friendly. The room was very spacious, comfortable and clean and it looked just like the pictures. It was also cleaned daily while we were away which was a pleasant surprise! It had a working TV, a tiny fridge, air conditioning, adjustable radiators and power outlets right above each night stand (yay). Bathroom was also huge and clean, with a bidet, a jacuzzi tub, a shower, hair dryer, soaps and fluffy towels. There were nice little touches such as a plate of Bussola cookies and a water decanter that were replenished daily - we enjoyed the cookies more than we thought we would! :) There's also a nice terrace but we were always on the move so we didn't spend much time on it. Location is ten minutes by foot from San Marco square and it's also close to the vaporetto stops if you want to go to Murano/Burano. It's close enough from the center that you feel the carnival atmosphere but not so close as to be noisy. Lastly, the owners have an adorable little black cat that we ran into sometimes and that liked to rub against our feet. Just be careful it doesn't run off into the street when you open the front door, the little guy is very fast! Overall a great stay!
