Location is on main road between bus/train station and Cannaregio city part center - just 3-5 minutes by walk from them! The street is pretty busy all day and night, but when you close the window, you dont know about anything outside, it is perfectly silent in room. We had room n.14, for two it is just enough, it was perfectly clean and smell good, there is kettle, hair dryer and tee for free use, in bathroom everything was perfectly clean and comfy. The best thing in this hotel is staff, we must say that the man on reception is extremely kind, helpfull and funny too, every morning was better with him behind reception desk - he definetly deserve a pay raise or extra bonuses! We had it without breakfast but when you walk out, two metrers away there is restaurant where you can choose everything from breakfast to dinner, against hotel is great shop with chocolate and it is only 20-30 minutes by walk to San Marco center! We will definetly go back to this hotel when we will visit Venice next time :) !!

This tiny hotel Adriatico has the great location, great staff and great comfort. Location: 5-minute walking distance from the Venezia Santa Lucia train station. Staff: every one is super helpful, especially when my own private need emerged, Maria Tereza has found the best solution which kept me out of troubles. Comfort: in my room of this 2-star hotel I had all what I needed: big bed, coffee-tea corner ( a kettle, tea, coffee, sugar, disposable cups), bathroom with hair dryer and small basin which I used for my everyday laundry. BTW if you need to do a big laundry once upon a time, you have the automatic facility in just a 7-minute walking distance from the hotel. Bottom line: this hotel and its staff made me wanting to book the Hotel Adriatico for my next trip to Venice.

Excellent location, well renovated, very clean, the personell very kind. It is only 3-5 min walking distance from railway station and Piazzale Roma (the bus terminal for both airports). That means you don't have to carry the luggage that long how I saw many exhausted tourists doing that deep in the old town. In the opposite direction only 20-25 min walk to San Marco.

Perhaps they should offer breakfast at request. Some clients might want. But this is anyway not so big problem as long as there are plenty of restaurants and cafés around that offer breakfast early in the morning

The location was perfect with regards to things to see, walking to sights and a vaporetto station near by. The street in front of the hotel is very busy but once you open the door it is calm and quiet inside. The room was also quiet. The room was spacious enough for one person. The reception staff was also very friendly and helpful.

I made the mistake of taking the water bus from the airport. But they do not stop close to the hotel. That meant I had to take a vaporetto to my final destination. (My mistake). Leaving I just took the bus from Piazzale Roma.

Very accommodating staff. We arrived very late and they managed to check us into the room after reception closed, so we really appreciated them reducing the stress of travel. Great location, very close to the train station, close to the water bus and a short walk from the centre of Venice. Great to have an en suite in Venice. Very happy with our stay

Generally a very pleasant stay. Room was a little small, but absolutely does the job for a tourist trip to the city so we were more than happy. A little noisy outside but we stayed over the weekend in April so was to be expected.

We arrived by train and the hotel is only a 5 min walk from St Lucia and very easy to find. The room was small, but very clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful and gave good recommendations. I really don't understand why people pay 3x as much for the same type of room just to be nearer to San Marco etc 🤷🏻‍♂️ The Adriatico is only 20-25 minutes away from San Marco and the Canareggio area has the more interesting restaurants in my opinion. I will gladly stay at this nice little hotel again!

No hair-dryer. Room to the street is quite noisy.

The host was incredibly accommodating and helpful, she booked a taxi to the airport for us and moved the check-in time to help with our arrival. The location was central and convenient to many things. The room included a little mini-fridge and water bottle and an AC unit which was required for July.

The beds were a little stiff, but I still slept well. I wish there had been a sign to put on the door to say that we didn't need cleaning each day. But overall it was an excellent experience.

We had a fantastic stay at the Hotel Adriatico. The staff were so friendly and helpful and the rooms were clean and well equipped with a tea/coffee making facilities. The location was perfect for us....just minutes walk from the train and bus station which was ideal for our early return flights. The area was a good walk away from the main tourist sights of St. Marks but we actually preferred it in Cannareggio. We were only steps away from the Grand Canal and the water buses and gondolas with lots of shops, bars and restaurants and a great atmosphere. We would recommend a stay here. (Family of 4. 2 adults, 2 teens)

No negatives

The location was great; 5 minutes from the bus and train station made it very simple to reach. Also not that far from the other points of interests: San Marco and Rialto were about 20 min away walking. The room was small but nice; traditional style but with solid windows so it was quiet, and AC did work great to keep us cool. Bathroom was a tad small (I am a large guy), especially the shower box, but usable nevertheless. The staff was really nice and helpful and it was a pleasure to interact with them. Very friendly and I felt at home. The area is quite trafficked, so it was buzzing all the time but it felt very safe. Suggested for families for sure.

Beside the small bathroom and shower, not much can be considered in the negatives. Stairs have no elevator, if that may be an issue for you, so you can consider accessibility a problem if you have a wheelchair.

The location is jut perfect, the stuff is very friendly and helpful, the room is clean and quiet. I would come back next time.

Little fridge would be good to have in the room, but for 2 stars it is not an expectation. Everything was good.
