The staff were so nice and upgraded us because it was our honeymoon. The rooms were cute. Location was amazing.

Although we appreciated the fact that the hotel sets up a free tour to a glass factory in Murano, the actual experience at the factory felt more like a ploy to get us to buy very expensive glass sculptures. Once it was clear to the factory staff that we weren’t going to buy anything, they completely ignored us and wouldn’t even show us how to get out of the factory and get back to the main island which we found very rude. I think the hotel either needs to find a different factory to send their guests or scrap this idea altogether.

From initial customer service answering my many questions via messaging prior to arriving, I felt at ease and comfortable in my decision on choosing this quaint hotel. Anka, Alessio and Alessandro were so helpful and patient. Check in was a breeze and we were greeted with big smiles. We were given recommendations for places to eat and they gave other great suggestions. Our rooms were beautiful and clean and good size. My parents had the only room with a full balcony that looks out onto the Grand Canal. Absolutely gorgeous. From our shower, we had the loveliest view of the canal! The hotel is right across the canal from the train station. Very easy to get to and loved that it was in a less touristy area. Easy walking distance to food and shops and a Burger King much to our teen son's delight. :) I actually teared up when we finally departed after 3 days. Wish we were there longer. Room was nice and comfortable and so is the bathroom. I was looking for a good location between the center and the railway station and bus station as I had to use them so it fitted. Breakfast was tasty with good variety and nice canal view. The staff are very nice, pleasant and helpful.

No Venetian street view from the room’s windows but an inside building hallway. the room was on 3rd floor with no elevator, the stairs top is a bit low for tall guests, I got my head hitted once 🤕. Some towels were missing 2nd day in a row, I wanted to call the hotel service but their number was unknown and not indicated in the room, so I had to go down and walk to the other nearby building where the lobby and service desk is at to report, they apologized and fixed the issue right away with a complimentary wine and peanuts🙂 least and last, Breakfast buffet isn’t self service, they make you ask for everything you like, it made me feel a little uncomfortable to ask and explain what I want and quantity 😏

Old world charm. Just lovely. Perfect location quiet on an evening and 20min walk from everything. Forced to walk through all the lovely bistro restaurants to get anywhere . Not the tackler tourist ones around the busy areas. Great staff super helpful. Great breakfast, upgraded to junior suite for 1 of rooms had roof terrace and 2 floors inside Quickly learned views are not needed in Venice with buildings so close . Privacy more valuable. . Great bar. Really really liked it. Understand this is not a new build ibis /hilton/novotel. Its a 200 year old converted building like everywhere is in Venice. But then why come to venice if you want a white box hotel. Better off in london or new york

Ubiquitois Venice Drain smell, you have to air your rooms to get rid of it. Open windows problem fixed.

Very beautiful hotel with more beautiful rooms. We had room with the canal view and it was amazing, totally worth to pay a little more for the view. Room was big enough for two and we had very comfy bed, nice big bathroom and there were bathrobes and slippers. Breakfast was with more choices than usually it Italy, very friendly stuff every morning and excellent coffee. Hotel is in a perfect location, everything is in a walking distance and you can have also vaporetto, if you dont want to walk. It was also very nice surprise for us that we had a boat trip to Murano glass factory with excursion and it was from hotel free for us. Definitely we will stay there again next time in Venice!

Location for price and convenience. The room was spacious for Venice and the staff were professional and made us feel both welcome and taken care of, with one minor exception.

The Cles D'or Concierge seems to have set list of suggested restaurants and when we asked for a reservation for one not on his recommended list, Antica Adelaide, he only said he had never heard of it but was not really curious why we wanted to book it. Not so much a criticism as a call to expand his knowledge of the area. It turned out to be our favourite place in all of Venice. Future foodie travlers, give it a go and make sure to order the seafood risotto in advance.

Perfect location close to train station but away from noise. Beautiful canal views. Room was gorgeous. Staff were wonderful couldn’t have been more helpful. went out of their way to suggest options. reception 24hours and always happy to organize a drink in the bar no matter what time. Went out of their way to track down a bookshop who had a selection of specific books available on a topic ringing every bookshop in Venice until they found one and let them know we were coming. They did the same for restaurants ringing ahead to make sure they stayed open for us

Bed was very confortable and the room was amazing! Great view and the staff was very sweet. Location was very good, not too close to the city center but very close to train and bus station, so if you are getting there with heavy bags, this is a great location.

This is totally not the hotel's fault, they did the best out of the situation, but due to covid and the restriction and safety measures the breakfast was more complicated. But the food was very tasty.

Can't say enough good things about our stay here. The staff was THE ABSOLUTE BEST on all levels - truly amazing. We've stayed in many places and this was by far one of the best considering you don't always know what to expect when booking online. We couldn't believe the attention to detail - every time we left the room, we returned to a newly cleaned and polished room without even requesting, including a freshly made bed with fresh linens every time! The location was perfect - right on the canal. Beautiful!!! Only 5-10 minute walk from Venice's Santa Lucia train station depending on how fast you walk ;) The breakfast included was over the top and everything you could possibly imagine - eggs, meats, cheeses, fruits, veggies, pastries, fresh juices, yogurts, breads, spreads, cereals, espresso, coffee, etc etc etc - what a spread!!! And, eat on the patio over the canal water (literally) or right next to the hotel outside - they will wait on you regardless of patio, outside or inside. If you need boat service, there's a dock right in front of the hotel and if you want a gondola ride, let the hotel book b/c right around the corner and your concierge will walk you there (about 2 minute walk!). Beds and pillows super comfortable, room comfortable, amenities perfect (call concierge desk if you need anything extra), felt safe entire time b/c security was great and required card access at main door and at room door. If needed concierge services, they went above and beyond.Gave us best food recommendations - we were seriously impressed. And for the price - can't beat it. LOVED!!!!!

What could have been better? Nothing! We loved our stay here, especially for the price. I can't imagine anyone would have anything bad to say about this place. Again, can't say enough nice things about the entire staff. We hope we'll have the opportunity to stay here again someday. Only bit of advice, book canal view like we did to get best view ;)

Absolutely Everything! Gorgeous facility decorated with classic Venetian decor. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Alex helped us book a private gondola ride at sunset and even walked us to the entry point! This is exactly what we were looking for! Breakfast was beyond all expectations and the made best scrambled eggs we’ve ever had😊 Cappuccino made to order comes with breakfast too. When we return to Venice, we will stay here again. Easy walk from the train station as well! Love love love this hotel ❤️
