We chose this hotel because it is 3 min from the train station and other closeby available hotels had even worse reviews. I was surprised that our 16m2 room was quite spacious (we had 2 big golf travel bags). Room has everything you need. Our room (we had room with terrace) faced some big green courtyard so I had very good sleep. Bed is comfortable. Bathroom looked good (I guess some repairment could be done recently, no molding etc like some older reviews have stated). Breakfast is typical Italian. Good coffee. We arrived very late and we were expected. We received very good service (my friend had a birthday and they organized quickly flowers and bottle of prosecco during the breakfast). Decent 3 start hotel!

The hotel is really conveniently located if you have any luggage. It is just a few minute walk away from the train station, so no need to drag your suitcases too far. The rooms are of typical venetian style and clean. We even had a lovely private patio. The staff are all very nice and helpful and fun to chat with. The hotel is situated on a quiet narrow side street so theres no street noise at night. Would stay again!

It was a last minute booking after having problems with another accomodation. I wish we've had booked this hotel in first place. The staff was super nice, polite and very friendly. We had to leave early in the morning, so they manage a breakfast box for us. The room was clean, spacious, confortable. Location is perfect, just 5 min from the train station in a quite street. The hotel has a lovely garden. Everything was just perfect. We felt like home. That is definetely our place in Venice.

The property was in an amazing location making it easy to transport suitcases to and from the train station. The place was great value considering the price we paid. A nice large bathroom and also a good breakfast included.

The floor was uneven in our room, meaning that our front door and bathroom door could not open fully. The aircon was good but would leak water at times.

The breakfast included was very good, had too much food actually. The espresso machine at the breakfast bar made excellent cappuccino, especially the one with chocolate. I also loved that the bathroom has a heated towel rack.

The “superior double room” is wheelchair friendly, that is the biggest difference. For our stay, the classic double room was best for us. Everything else is as described!

The staff is amazing, thank you so much for all the help during our stay. The hotel is really close to the train station, there is a supermarket and restaurants just a few minutes walking The first floor room smells like humidity, but it is Venice, so it is normal there. Also, the room on the first floor has the windows on the street side and at night was a little noisy, I have to use earplugs to sleep. The room on the second floor was excellent. Breakfast was small, no too much variety, the cappuccino was delicious

close to all amenities..excellent bakery opposite Calle Misericorda..close to all transport.but crowded on the streets and beware of pickpockets..I nearly became a victim..lone women struggling with heavy suitcases..first time in 20 years of visiting Venice…breakfast was in a lovely room adjacent to a patio full of plants. staff very friendly and helpful . ground floor room, as requested, comfortable . only wished for more natural light.

Location of the hotel is just 5 minutes walking from the Venezia S Lucia Train Station. Breakfast is included, even though it is basic.

Room is tight for 3. No complimentary water bottles provided. There was only a single socket available in the room for mobile charging. Fridge was not working as power socket was broken.

The location of the hotel is fine, close to Tronchetto parking, railway station, vaporetto. Staff is nice and helpful.

The room was not as clean as we would expect. The floor was a little bit dusty and dirty and there was a lot of long hair on the blanket (I understand it is not easy to clean the material of which is the blanket made, but still…), anyway, the sheets were clean.

Very good location! Staff were amazing and big thank you to Fabiola who explained to us exactly how to get to the hotel and she even left us some breakfast in a bag in our room as we had an early flight to catch. Breakfast was amazing and was served in a small gorgeous garden. A perfect way to start your morning ❤️

The bed wasn't very much comfortable but it is bearable.
