We had a great time - friendly, welcoming staff; a clean, quiet and comfortable room; tasty and filling breakfast (here we had our first pistachio-cream croissants and excellent double espressos). Fantastic location - it's only a 2-minutes walk, straight down the path from the Venetian train station and the main water-bus stops in front of it. The street the hotel is on is charming and offers everything you might need (there are not only various affordable souvenir shops, but also a supermarket, a mini-square, restaurants and even places with tasty and cheap ready-to-eat food). The 24-hour reception allowed us to leave our suitcases free of extra charges, then check in late in the evening, which meant we could spend the whole day out, exploring Venice. Great value for money!

The location was amazing. Easy walking distance from bus and train stations which made transporting our luggage easy. It was located on a busy street with shops and dining options. Despite this, our room was very quiet and we got a great nights sleep. The room was clean and comfortable. The shower was excellent too. Breakfast was delicious. The chocolate croissants were exceptional. Staff were all very friendly and check in/check out procedures were swift.

The beds were a little hard. Not too much that it disrupted our night but a little softer would have been ideal.

I traveled with a friend. Booked 2 rooms. The bill said the tax was 40 euros for 2 people in 2 different rooms. So the receptionist said it would be 20 euros apiece. When we checked out we were charged 40 euros apiece. Is that right?? We only saved 20 in cash euros since we did a LOT of shopping so my friend had to put the tax on a credit card at 3AM. It should be made clearer so we had enough euros. We don't want to be bad tourists.

It is very close to the station. The breakfast was decent. Loved the friendly and helpful staff.

Unbeatable location! Just minutes away from the railway station and a vaporetto stop. Very nice and friendly front desk staff. Excellent value for money!

The breakfast arrangements don't work very well. The breakfast room is quite small, and they don't necessarily fill all the tables due to covid (sometimes they did and sometimes they didn't). So if you come at the wrong time, you have to queue in the corridor. The staff doesn't speak English, and it's not self-service, so it's a bit challenging if you don't speak Italian. Excellent coffee though!

Good location which is close to Santa Lucia train station, Piazzale Roma where you can take the bus to and from Treviso Airport and also water buses. These are all within walking distance Cristina at the reception was exceptionally helpful. Although a 2 star hotel, served with lift, clean and good housekeeping

bit noisy as you can hear noises outside at night. Breakfast was good although repetitive and not much choice.

The hotel is very close to the railway station St Lucia, and also a walking distance from the main attractions (well, the whole island part of Venice is more or less within walking distance). But there are also these cheap route boats close, so you can use them too if you want to get to places faster. (Although beware, they are full of tourists!) The staff was all locals and very helpful. We've got good suggestions for eating away from the main touristic traps. Later, when we were drinking beers in the evening, I saw the guy from reception standing in line for food in the same place - so it was indeed a place where locals go :) The street was surprisingly quiet on Friday night, so sleeping was not a problem.

The shower was a walk-in without any door (only a shower curtain), so it was a bit of a student house feeling. It wasn't a problem for us at all, but it might be for someone. The price was a bit high compared to other places in Italy, but well, it is Venice :)

The train station Venezia Santa Lucia is near. The receptionist indicated us the time of departure of the public transportation and we could leave our luggages before the check in and after the check out. The price is ok. The breakfast is ok too. We had a nice stay.

The location was amazing! Great budget friendly hotel that seems like it deserves more than 2 stars. Good size room, bathroom outside of the room but not an issue as it was exceptionally clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was fantastic as well, They had dairy free options (small selection) thank you Hotel Moro Di Venezia :-)

The pillows were very flat and uncomfortable. They could use updating.

The proximity to the train station as well as nearby water bus connectivity. All of the staff were warm, welcoming and very friendly. Check in and out very easy. Room was basic but it had all I needed and was clean and comfortable. The room was located at the back of the hotel away from the hustle and bustle of the Main Street out the front.
