All staff were very welcoming and friendly, the main host was lovely and so helpful. Location was perfect, walkable to everything, and not far from where trains and taxis drop you off so no long walks with luggage! Room was very clean and had everything we needed, lovely big windows for fresh air and natural light, and the air con worked very well in the heat!

The shower in the bathroom had no curtain so water ended up everywhere each morning but the room was cleaned daily so this helped. The breakfast was reasonable for the price, but would’ve been great to have more fresh fruit available. Otherwise we were very happy with our stay and would definitely stay again!

Very good location, close to railway station - 5min walk! Owned by nice people! room was clean!

1. There are no elevators - you need to carrie your bags up stairs and no one will help you; 2. No air conditioner; 3. Very uncomfortable pillows; 4. Loud - if your room is near the stairs (if its possible ask not give the room next to stairs) 5. the windows are on this little street side where at 8am and 11pm all street sellers are taking their strollers and its very loud at this time; 6. Dont take breakfast, there was nothing normal/hot to eat, I didnt even finish the coffee, because it was awfull… 7. chose the hotel because of good reviews but its nothing more like average 2 star hotel!

We enjoyed the location a lot as it was convenient to access, and the room was perfect for our 2-night stay. The air conditioning in the room was truly a lifesaver. Despite being by the busy main street, the street of the hotel was quiet and calm and ensured peacefulness during our stay. Stores and great restaurants were nearby. Staff was friendly and the dog of the family brightened our days! Thank you!

A refrigerator in the room would have added to the convenience, but we managed without too. Otherwise everything was splendid.

Very attentive, friendly, hospitable staff. Helped us with a map and detailed info upon our arrival, answered all our questions; and upon departure, called a porter within minutes to take us to a taxi to return to airport. Rooms are dated, but comfortable, comfy bed, good size room with AC, and very clean. Loved how the bathroom soap smelled Location was excellent, walkable to termini, near lots of stores, very convenient. Thank you for the pleasant stay!

The highest rating at least because the staff is very polite and friendly! It was nice to come back and see these wonderful people! The hotel is clean, has its own vintage atmosphere. For one or two nights it was enough. The shower door was missing, but not a big problem. The pillows were very uncomfortable because they were too thin. The beds are clean, the bathroom and towels are also snow-white. Convenient location of the hotel, shops and restaurants nearby. Close to stations. Recommend for an overnight stay!

The location of the hotel was very close to the main street. All the people that are coming to Venice are passing by the hotel. The room was big, clean, and the bed was comfortable. The staff was very helpful - we got there in the morning and they let us keep our bags until it was time to check in when we left our plane was in the afternoon and again they left s keep our bags until it was time to leave for good even after we check out. When we got back to take our bags they let us use their facilities as well - we really appreciate the help.

The breakfast was small and not quite good. The coffee and water were good; gem and butter as well.

Locafion was excellent.Quiet. I was on 3rd floor. Long way up and down stairs. Shame there’s no lift but room was clean , quiet, airy and spacious enough. Large bathroom. Good value for money and very close to train station

Everything fine but would have liked a room lower floor. 3 flights up is exhausting. TV could have had an English channel marked. Even staff didn’t know how to get an English speaking channel

We loved the staff! So friendly and accommodating. We had a small issue with a leak and they took care of it right away. Their lobby ambassador Mattis was 100% thee best fur baby We could have met. We loved him and hope to see him again. Thanks for everything!

The mosquito's! I could only recommend some type of screen on the Windows. Or upgrade to wall air conditioning units.

The staff were unbelievably helpful. We had a transport delay and the mgr stayed post closing time and post midnight to book us in. My wife had a slight mishap and was bleeding. The mgr went over & above to assist. During the stay, the staff were always there to help or advise. The breakfast was simple and enjoyable and set us up for the day. The hotel is simply furnished and is not state of the art, but is very comfortable. But if one takes price into account, then this is a superb value offering. location is a few minutes walk from the station and if you are flying in to Venice you can avoid the high taxi fare by taking the bus from the airport which drops you off next to the station. If I visiit Venice again, this hotel would be my first choice.

over time i expect rooms will be steadily refurbisg=hed, that said, perfectly comfortable as they are

Super convenient location short walk from the station, tucked away in a tidy alley quiet at night The staff were the best part, super friendly and welcoming excellent service, they even let us store our bags after check out so we could explore venice more hassle free before we left Oh and the resident dog
