Very nice hotel and nice customer service. The room is clean..and comfortable.. The location is good to visit the whole city...very close to everything...a lot of restaurants..and historic sites. 1.5km (20 mn walk) from the Venezia St Lucia Train Station. This is a location to keep for a trip to Venice.

The separate bathroom...like going out of your room everytime you need to use the bathroom..and open & close it with a key!! Otherwise everything seems good there. ( I guess it's just for this particular room!).

It was tricky finding somewhere to stay in Venice in July. Everywhere is so expensive. I knew we’d be out most of the time but I also wanted to stay somewhere nice. This place was perfect - awesome location (I got the water bus from the airport to Nove and walked 5 mins from there - I took at least 10 photos on the way to the hotel!) The receptionist was very kind and let my husband do an important work call from the hotel before we checked in. Our room for 4 was in the annex - big, very clean and newly decorated, good air con, comfy beds…. Would def recommend and would stay again. So much better than being in the super crowded very central streets.

Good location. Arrived by water bus from the airport and got off at the Rialto bridge stop which was less than 10 mins walk away. Plenty of nice restaurants close by and also an Irish Bar which we visited during our stay. the staff were very helpful and we were able to leave our luggage on our check out day and collect later in the day .Rooms are basic but clean and would definitely recommend to stay again

The hotel is on a very quiet street, yet within walking distance from all main attractions as well as from Alilaguna bus stop. The staff really friendly and helpful. The bed was very comfortable and the water always hot. Everything was clean. The furniture looks old but it is vintage. I wouldn't change anything and I would stay there again. Bonus: the fresh croissants every day for breakfast.

Everything was satisfying.

The location was easy to get to and walkable to many of the tourist areas. The staff was kind and offered suggestions when we asked. Also, lots of great places to eat nearby!

The beds were a little hard for my preference (but that could be different for others). The shower was very small. I'm not the smallest-bodied person, but those in larger bodies could find the shower difficult/not easy to maneuver.

I really liked the AC. Also the location is perfect, it was our first time in Venice and we arrived at night and it was so easy to find the hotel walking by foot, everything is around the hotel. Staff is wonderful, they helped us with all our questions - about nice restaurants around, with covid testing locations and options. Even offered to get us in the middle of the night, if we, in case, get lost, but it's hard to get lost, cus the hotel was really close to the main street, but you couldn't even hear people from inside of the hotel.

When i saw the pictures on the internet i thought the room will be bigger, but it was nice. Bed was comfortable, but if you sleep there with your partner, then a gap appears between the beds. It would have been great if there would be a mini fridge to store some goodies from the market.

When arriving at the hotel, we were redirected to an annex building in a street nearby, as there was no room available in the main building. The staff was very nice. The room was small but nice and clean, decorated in a Venetian style. The bathroom was big and had a good shower. There was a window in the room that we could open for some fresh air at night, there was also an A/C in the room. As we were located in the very center of Venice, we could hear people in the street at night, but this is the price to pay for being in the center, and it did not bother us that much. Beds were comfortable.

Such a lovely breakfast! Choose your own croissant filling the night before is so yummy and personal! Add boiled eggs and it would be perfect. ;)

Room is a little small, but that's ok. Some free mosquitos coils would be great, though I think there was an electric version, though we didn't use it.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Recommended a great restaurant just up the street that was delicious. Location was convenient and easy to get to with the vaporetto water bus.

The shower was very small and the walls are very thin. You can hear everything in the room next door. Luckily we had earplugs.

We have had a honeymoon suite in another building for our 10 year wedding anniversary, with a canal view, beautiful clean room&bathroom! Hotels hosts were superb, a lady called Santina and gentelman (didnt catch his name)! We have got a surprise - complimentary bottle of Prosecco from them to celebrate!

All was fine for us!
