Beautiful hotel that feels quintessential Venetian in a very central location. Staff/housekeeping was very nice and exceedingly helpful when we had a last minute request. Room decoration was very romantic and cute. Even if we didn't end up using the pool it was great to have the option.

Unfortunately I have to add that the beds desperately need updating. Mattresses were far too firm and caused pain in my joints. Pillows were flat, hard lumps. Additionally, the design of the bath/shower made it quite hard not to flood everything when showering. Aside from that it was lovely.

Gorgeous hotel, the pool was AMAZING to have. Would highly recommend because this is rare in Venice! Small but expected that from the photos -didn't make it any less lovely! The sun is on it nearly all day and it has jacuzzi bubbles and a water feature too, with complimentary mint water and iced tea out on the terrace. The staff are super friendly, attentive, and professional, and even lent us a plug adapter when ours didn't fit! Air con in the room, and lovely clean and fancy bathroom too!

We didn't dislike anything, the only reason I gave a 9 and not 10 was because our room was pretty small and basic, no frills decoration-wise, but it was still really cute and classic Venetian style with original beams across the ceiling! It's what we'd expect with it being so good value but maybe for the star rating it could have had a few more frills in the room decor.

The hotel is a fantastic old building. Very charming, in total local style and with a swimming pool (small) which is unique in Venice. The area of the hotel is perfect, it is close to everything and mainly to Rialto and to the stations leading you to the various islands. The rooms we had were pretty large and one had a 20 m2 terrasse, that was stunning.

I feel a bit sorry for the hotel that in my mind doesn’t invest enough to obtain a 5 stars. Better equipment, a restaurant, as well as a better breakfast quality, coffee machine in room would be nice.

The staff were amazing from the minute we arrived at the hotel. Check in was simple and the staff can speak several languages, so no need to worry about speaking English or Italian. We got a tour of the hotel and were recommended amazing restaurants to eat. They booked one for us instantly, I Promesi Sposi, just around the corner. Whenever we needed advice about where to visit or where to get a boat from they had all the answers. Anytime day or night the staff are always friendly. The bar man advised on cocktails to try. Breakfast is mainly continental style, but they did have eggs, bacon and sausages. Service was always courteous. We had a standard double room which, for my wife and I was perfect. Decent size and comfortable. The hotel is also located in a great spot, about 10 mins max to Rialto Bridge and St Marks Square but far enough away from the hustle and bustle and tourist restaurants. I would thoroughly recommend a stay here. You will not be disappointed.

Really charming stay in a quiet but well connected area of Venice, so close to everything. Staff was always very kind and professional, eager to help and answer any questions. Suite was lovely - spacious, clean and decorated in typical Venetian style. Breakfast buffet was varied and served in a lovely area of the building. There is a garden / courtyard with a swimming pool too but it was too cold to go out there so unfortunately no comments to add on that.

The staff here are excellent. They were very friendly and helpful and had a solution for everything, even providing a little breakfast bag when our check out was too early for the included breakfast. The buffet breakfast had good options. There’s a quick elevator and the room was a good size. The rooms are clean and well maintained. GREAT water pressure in the shower.

The bed wasn’t as comfortable as I would have hoped, but it was fine.

My friends and I stayed there just for two nights( from January 6th, till January 8th). Even though it was a short stay we really appreciated the staff kindness and the hotel facilities. We were told very useful information about Venice and the best ways to enjoy it. What's more, our double rooms were clean, very nice and tasted so exquisitely "Venice style"! We definitely loved "Giorgione Hotel" which made our stay be unforgettable!

Food was really good, even if the pool its not gigantic it's not a problem what so ever! Really refreshing during the summer! The front desk is amazing! I happen to have a very strong allergy to dust and had it a bit of a problem in the first hour or so of my stay. As soon as I informed them they did a deep cleaning of the room and I had a wonderful stay! Location absolutely marvulus! Slept super well too! Amazing beds!

The location is in the calm part of the city, pool (but only if your needs meets the working hours of it).

The walls let through many noise from the other rooms, the floor was wooden and very very loud when walking (expecially at night when kids were sleeping), the staff was quite arogant to make the remarks not to use the pool although our family members were just sitting in the terrace which was asigned to the room and nobody had plans to swim.

The breakfast was amazing!
