Location is everything. The hotel is located spitting distance from St Mark's square, and just by the bus routes making logistics easy. The booking price was very affordable especially taking the prime location into consideration, so book away if you would like to see Venice in a cost-conscious way. Staff (rarely seen!) was really nice and spoke good English. The room was quiet albeit tiny.

The cleaners would perfume the crap of the room, which was probably to mask the ever fleeting musty smell, never been to Venice before so this might be "standard" for what I know. The room was pretty small, and with extra bed out it barely had any room left. The bathroom in our room REALLY needs a new shower installed. Please sort it out!

We couldn’t of had a better location. Right in the centre but still tucked away down one of the side streets. Very convenient close to bars restaurants, water taxis ect. Staff were fantastic, very friendly and helpful at all times.

View from the room wasn’t great as we were looking onto a small courtyard near the generators. Bathroom was dated/hairdryer, however this did not affect our stay.

We had a 3 persons room and the extra bed (actually a couch) was not comfotable enough, taking into account that someone had to sleep there fort four nights . Also at the time of our arrival (20.30) there was no reception available and we had to go to another hotel nearby in order to check in.

We spend the time with bigger rooms and more comfortable then we booked as they were available. We didnt have to pay extra so we have very comfotable stay. Very polite staff in hotel, our luggage was transported directly to the room.

We liked everything but in the morning on brekfast we noticed that some things have been missing like clean glasses, bread, eags. I think its to much work for one guy but he was running like crazy and after asking we get what we asked for.

Probably the best hotel you can find at this price. The location is excelent, 70m from San Marco - San Zaccharia boat station, from where you can go anywhere. On foot, you can go to San Marco in less than 5 minutes, less than 15 minutes to Rialto Bridge. Near the hotel you can find a lot of restaurants or pubs, where you can eat at low to medium prices (10-20 euro/person). The staff is very friendly, the room is very nice, although smaller than usual, but it's the specific of the city. The breakfast is included in the price and it's very nice (although it was the same in every morning, it was more than enough). If I'll return to Venice, I'll definitely stay again at this hotel.

The windows are not soundproof, so if there are some "more than happy" tourists under the window, especially in the middle of the night, you'll have some trouble sleeping. The breakfast was the same every day. Maybe a variation of the plateau served at the table would be a good thing.

Location is superb. Very close to S.Marco. The apartment size wise was perfect for my family of 4. Full of restaurants around. Breakfast was amazing. Full of choices.

Coach was converted into bed and we were feeling the metal bars of the coach on your back every time when we slept. Not comfortable at all. And they did not serve water in the room..Only tea and coffee.

The location was perfect and an easy walk to everything. The Vaperetto drops you off right in front as well. The staff were very helpful and kind. The reception desk is not always staffed and sometimes you have to go to an adjoining hotel. Breakfast was a full hot breakfast and excellent. Great value. We had a very pleasant stay.

The location is absolutely phenomenal I would 100% return to this hotel purely for the location. The staff could not have been more helpful or friendly, they helped us know what documents were needed due to covid restrictions, told us the best way to get to the hotel via airport (super easy), they recommended superb restaurants and would bring water/anything we needed when we called and asked.

There was no full length mirror in the bedroom and the shower would often run cold but other than that the room had everything we could need. Rooms are small but expect that in Venice anyway! Breakfast not amazing but it’s fine to fill you up on the morning before exploring and finding the most amazing restaurants around it!

very close to boat terminal. central location close to square and 2 mins walk from boat terminal. reception staff (man) was very kind helpful.

cleaning staff entering room without notice no chap on foot to advise of cleaning just walking in even when told no. I was getting dressed after a shower and they walked in when I was shouting no. this happened 3 times in 4 days.

To begin, the receptionist is such a nice person. Very polite and patient. The street where the entrance is feels safe. The hotel is very close to the most important touristic points and to the vaporetto station. I know I paid for the cheapest room but I think that it is really small (it was for two people). Still, I think it has everything you need. The breakfast could be better with more options (like bread of different kinds and fruit and yogurt)
