The location was perfect right on the grand cancel, the cleanest, the room size was perfect, the bed was very comfortable. The staff was very helpful. Will stay here again. They had an evaluator and the air condition was perfect. Go to the airport Marco use a taxi from the hotel (40 Euro) a luggage porter(5 Euro a bag) it was worth it!

Great location…you have everything outside of your door

We with my daughter arrived much earlier and the room was ready, nice, and clean with a balcony. Only confused with booking.com as it was supposed to be breakfast included but it wasn't included. All staff was nice and friendly .

We were on the 5th floor where next to the balcony was a big machine or generator and it was noisy and smelled of food. I guess it belongs to the kitchen somehow. On the balcony, we can not sit and enjoy the time as it was too noisy. Even when the balcony door was shut all night we could hear that noise from that generator. Reception said it was from our air con, but we turned off the AC during the night.

This hotel was in the perfect location for us - right by the train station, so we didn't have to walk far with our bags. There's also a vaporetto stop right outside and easy walk to cafes and restaurants. I appreciated a fast check in and water as we arrived. The room was small (I think we took the cheapest available, so fair enough) but very nicely decorated. Bed was very comfy and the bathroom worked well - really good lighting and plenty of mirrors which I always appreciate.

Asked for an iron in the room and were shocked to be told that there was no iron. Clothes were creased all weekend, which I hate. I've never stayed at a 4 star hotel that doesn't have an iron - suppose they want you to pay to send clothes to be ironed (minimum 10 euros per item), and this takes a lot more time than doing it yourself. Woke up to noisy people outside, and church bells early in the morning, but I suppose you get this in most places in Venice.

The staff of the hotel is very kindly and helpful,the room is nice,and the bed is comfortable.Somehow the hotel is nearly trom the train-station.

The pos-machine have a problem,when we do check-in,I try to pay by credit card,after I inset the credit card,the pos-machine shows "decline" ,those receipts from the hotel's system also shows invalid scheme data.At last I payed by cash.But on 11/06/2023 night,I receive the payment account from the bank,those two card's account bills shows the two transition which I try to payed by me and my wife's credit card is all successful.Which means makes I payed three times for the room of one night,twice by credit card and one time by cash.It makes so confuse to explain to the bank,I also need upload a lot of files to the bank's system,try to cancel those two transition.

The location was great, right outside the train station and right next to the water taxis. The facilities were great and best of all the staff was exceptional. I didn’t catch the receptionists name, however she really went out of her way to help and recommend places to go and eat. Would definitely recommend to anyone!

The cost was a bit high for the night l. Also we picked a canal view room, how we there was scaffolding obstructing the view

The room was sizeable, clean and with a comfortable bed and large bathroom. We requested a canal view room and were placed on the 1st floor overlooking the main street and canal. It was 5 mins from the airport ferry port Guglie and next door to the train station which made coming/going easy and painless with luggage.

I was a bit disappointed with the "canal view" room in that i expected to be able to see the canal while sitting on my bed, or table/couch like most hotels where you can enjoy the view sitting in your room. But the windows were really high so we could go and stand by them and look out - so not bad, just not what I expected. It was also noisy in the morning when the restaurants start setting up. But overall great place to stay.

We stayed here in 2020 and booked again due to proximity of train station and vaparetto stop. It is now undergoing renovations and is more beautiful than before. Our room had a newly renovated bathroom with walk in shower. New laminate flooring in room and new bed. They kept the old Venetian charm with the beautiful wallpaper and furniture. Nice mix of old and new. The newly updated lobby and breakfast areas are gorgeous. Numerous shops and restaurants right outside. Friendly staff. 5 min walk to train station and vaparetto even closer. We had a 6am flight and walked about 10 minutes to the mainland to catch a taxi to the airport. I will always stay at this hotel when visiting Venice.

While I do list a few things, all of them are minor inconveniences and I would definitely stay again - Mediocre breakfast - some unique things like tiramisu, which was great, but also tasteless juices, and not great croissants - height of the second floor of my room was 190, keep that in mind if you are too tall - bar is not working at the moment as they are working on it - having room on two floors - bathroom on the first floor, bedroom on the second is a slight inconvenience having to walk up and down - very bouncy beds

Brilliant location, arrived by train hot and sweaty and within 3 minutes we were in air conditioned hotel life. 2 minutes from a water taxi, supermarket, restaurants! Big comfortable adjoining rooms, amazing friendly staff, so kind and helpful with everything we asked. Yummy selection for breakfast. Lovely bathroom and gorgeous authentic hotel.
