The location is simply perfect. The bus station is so close by. The Grand Canal is literally 10 yards away. The train station is not far off. We had a great room with the canal view. The options at break fast were plenty and fresh. The granola and coffee at breakfast especially were very good quality. The room was of a very good size with the canal view, as we requested. The bathroom was very clean and all facilities worked as expected. With the window open, it felt very fresh inside.

Our room were was a very good sized double bedroom. But unfortunately the mattress was not a double bed mattress, it was two single mattresses put together. This was not ideal. The softness/hardness of the mattress could also be improved as I had a stiff back in the morning each day. The breakfast could have more fresh fruit options, especially of seasonal fruits, like berries etc in spring/summer. But these things did not take away anything from the satisfaction level of my stay.

The staff is welcoming, they have a small elevator which is very useful for traveller with a luggage like me, the location is great, convenient yet quiet. They room is big and the breakfast is good especially the coffee made by the lovely lady!

I chose this hotel for its closeness to the train station as I didn't want to walk too much around with my luggage and I was not disappointed. The rooms are spacious, beds are comfortable, breakfast is delicious with fresh made coffee and it's Venice, nothing is really that far walking. The staff was really nice, watched after our luggage while we made time before our train departure and I loved that the front desk guy spoke spanish.

The hotel is in a great location situated near the grand canal and it is easy to access transport to and from the airport. The breakfast buffet was incredible and the staff were friendly. The rooms had beautiful decorations and furnishings, making it feel like you are part of the charm in Venice.

There was nothing I did not like about the hotel

Location was a couple of minutes walk from the train station, staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was lovely, breakfast was ample with lots of choice. We left our luggage with the hotel for the day after we checked out and they made this very easy, Highly recommended and I would go back to this hotel again.

The location was excellent. We arrived by train and walked the 12 minutes it took along the Grand Canal from the station to the hotel with heavy suitcases and, when departing, it took 6 minutes to walk to the ATVO airport shuttle bus. The hotel is situated on a small, quiet tributary just off the Grand Canal and convenient for a range of bars and restaurants a short stroll away. We booked a deluxe room with canal view which was both clean, spacious and with a modern bathroom. Breakfast, which could be taken inside or out, was continental style, plentiful and well prepared. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout. If returning to Venice we would stay in the same hotel.

The location is excellent, close to the railway station which is convenient when you arrive by train. The rooms were very clean and the staff was very friendly.

Location was perfect, on a small canal just off the Grand Canal with close and easy access to the main bus terminal and train station. The hotel itself was traditional, charming and personal with beautiful Venetian period decor. We stayed in a Deluxe Canal View room which was stunning and certainly worth paying the extra for. The continental breakfast was sufficient and plentiful. Prior to arrival, communication from the hotel was fantastic. Any questions were answered quickly and efficiently. All of the staff were friendly, helpful and nothing was too much to ask. A big shout out to Peter and Monia who made our stay particularly memorable. Cannot thank you all enough. Would highly recommend a stay in this hotel, you will not be disappointed.

Gorgeous Italian hotel. Exceeded my expectations - was one of the cheapest accomodations in a good location that I could find and it was lovely. It a bit out of the awful touristy region but you can easily walk to anywhere you like. Great location, short 7 minute walk from the train station. On a canal off the main one, cafes resturants shops all close by. Nice bathroom with great shower. Delicious buffet breakfast - pastries, cake, fruit, cereal, bread, eggs, deli meat, cheese etc. Staff were lovely.

The room was quite small but I knew it would be small as I had booked the cheapest option, and it didn't really matter as it was just to sleep in.

Super convenient location. No need to carry luggage far. An email requesting our luggage be looked after was promptly replied to. We left it early at noon on our arrival and picked up late afternoon turning our 3 night stay into four days play. Only a few minutes walk from the bus and train station. Walkable distance to St Marks an Rialto but also with the convenience and novelty of catching the Vaporetto. Super breakfast and plenty to keep us going for most of the day. Staff were so friendly, easy going and efficient. Everyone said good morning with a smile. Reception staff were super, breakfast staff were efficient and cleaning staff did a fantastic job as well as all being friendly and welcoming.

Whats not to like? Can't fault this place for a great stay.
