A really lovely hotel on Giudecca, away from the Venice tourist crowds but just a 5 minute walk to the water-bus stop for a 2 minute journey across the canal to Zattere. Just a 2 minute walk from cafes and bars on the Giudecca waterfront. I stayed 6 nights and it was very comfortable. Staff were very helpful and friendly. I didn't have breakfast there (though they do offer it) - there are plenty of other places nearby to get a coffee and a pastry. I'd stay there again.

The hotel Is very clean ,quite, with comfortable rooms and the staff are hospitable, pleasant, friendly , proffessional and open to explain to you all things which you need there - from restaurants to ways to buy tickets for the water bus. Guidecca not far way from San Marco ( only 10 minutes ) and so easy to come to Murano, Burano, Ferrovitta ( Santa Lucia ). Water bus working 24 hours .Nice to explorer the lovely Island and feel Venice. Thanks to ali the staff for amazing hospitality and I really felt as if I was at home.

Free Room Upgrade for Bigger Room! Excellent Support & Help from Front Desk! I had my flight Cancellation because of "STRIKE in Venice Marco Polo Airport". I Received lots of support and help from Hotel Front Desk in finding for "Solution" in foreign country/Italy! My Advice: Please Do Not try to find a phone number/talk to someone over the Phone. Go to Airport and Speak to Airline Desk!! Airline Desk agent in Airport spent 30 minutes to find another flights and REBOOK my entire flights from Italy to Canada with 2 days delay. Two delay was Okay for me/for vacation. THANK YOU! THANK YOU! THANK YOU!

Quiet location, away from tourist throngs. Pleasant and attentive staff. Very clean. Good breakfast. Small but good shower. Pretty close to vaporetto stop, lines 2, 4.1 and 4.2. Plenty of local restaurants at various prices.

Had to c.lse bedroom windows to keep out noise of some nearby airconditioning unit.

The hotel was perfect for us as our son lives on the Giudecca, just a six or seven minute walk from the hotel. This is a quiet area and there is a vaporetto stop a few minutes walk away. If you make use of the day or week pass you can easily access the rest of the city and all the main tourist sites, but if you want a day out to Padua or the mountains, there is a rapid service to the car park, bus station and trains. The hotel is lovely with an exceptional breakfast.

I've stayed in Venice 5 times already, different hotels. We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights Aug 2022 on a bed and breakfast basis. I found this hotel the best - room size was exceptional, we had two windows overlooking a canal (paying 40eu extra per night for Superior room), our room had a tea station (kettle, tea selection). Breakfast was included in the cost (no other meals are served but there are plenty of nice places to eat within 5 minutes, reasonably priced and good quality). Breakfast was a great selection of cold options which was kept full throughout the serving times 7.30-11am - no food choices ever ran out. All staff were extremely pleasant and they each provided a quality service (I met cleaning, catering, waitress, reception and management). I always enjoy staying on Giudecca because (as a "separate" island, 5 minutes by boat to main part of Venice) it's quieter and has a much less touristy-feel, also the accommodation, restaurants / cafes are much more reasonably priced. Because of it's close proximity to San Marco area by boat, we were able to return to the hotel during the day as often as we needed for a break from sight-seeing and to re-charge before going out again. Boat transport is very regular and the night boat runs 24hours daily. I can't fault this hotel, I will definitely return to it again and again for future visits.

Convenient location, not in the center but do you really want to stay in the center of Venice? Close to the vaporetto which will take you everywhere. The room was noisy because of some machinery we kept hearing all the time. Maybe ask for a quiet one upon booking if you are very sensitive to noise.

The room was nice and fairly spacious, especially for Venice. Breakfast was great and the service was good. The location is quiet and fairly out of the way, which was a bonus for us.

The shower had few missing tiles from both the walls and the flooring. The beds weren't the best. Not a big issue for me personally, but if you are a light sleeper or have back problems it might be annoying when staying for multiple nights.

it was away from the madness & crowds of Venice. Room was clean & a nice size. Breakfast (included) had a somewhat decent variety. No eggs or sausage. Front desk Najma, Giorgia & Tomas were great in helping us directions, etc!

The bed was extremely uncomfortable. Mattress springs sticking out, made for a very uncomfortable sleep. A mattress topper would make a tremendous difference! Basic room do not expect any view! Hard to find & out of the way. Make sure you get good directions before you go!

+ great location in a tranquil area with easy access to Venice and nice restaurants with a beautiful view on Venice + very good breakfast + clean and air conditioned room, it felt like an oasis after coming from the heat from outside + nice staff + we had a great sleep (stayed for 3 nights), there were other guests in the hotel but we didn't hear anyone

- our room was a little bit dark as it was in the ground floor but we didn't mind, it was pleasant to rest from the heat outside - there was mould in the shower ceiling
