We had a lovely warm welcome from the lady at reception who gave us many recommendations. The room was lovely and the view was incredible. Location of the hotel was perfect and within easy reach of everywhere. Breakfast is delivered to your room amd we got to enjoy the view with the balcony doors open, what an experience. The shower was powerful and room was spotlessly clean.
Everything was perfect!

Quite exceptional. As we were staying for 10 days we were given a top floor room which, whilst not as sumptuously decorated as some, had it's own terrace overlooking San Marco basin, a fantastic place to admire the view and watch the vaporettos and other boats bustling around. Have rarely been happier than sitting on that terrace in the sun for the first time with a glass of the complimentary Prosecco. Room was spacious, well appointed with good wifi, armchair, breakfast table and sofa, very comfortable bed and large ensuite, and the staff were attentive, friendly and very helpful. Hotel has a lift to the third floor, which is not common in Venice. Location was wonderful, less than 10 minutes to walk to St Marks Square, plenty of cafes and restaurants close by and a vaporetto stop less than a minute away, with routes to the Grand Canal, Murano and the Lido.
Don't really have a single criticism. If you like peace and quiet I can imagine the sounds from the tourist boats could be a bit irritating and its a busy area, but the terrace doors did a good job of keeping most of the sound out.

We had a wonderful stay at A Tribute To Music Residenza. We had a lovely room, comfy bed, a great shower, and everything was super clean. The location was great too, within walking distance of the main attractions and close to the water buses. It was a busy area in the daytime but quiet at night. It's definitely worth getting off the main water front and exploring the little streets in the area, lots of restaurants, shops and cafes. Thank you so much to the staff at the hotel who were courteous, friendly, and really helpful. The hotel also organised a self check-in as we were arriving late and looked after our luggage on the last day after check-out, which was amazing and made the trip stress free! I would highly recommend a stay here, we had a lovely trip, thank you!

A Tribute To Music Residenza is a Jem in the middle of the chaotic Venice. You can enjoy the real Venice experience by staying in this beautiful place. Where everything became so fake in Venice here the authentic Venice emerged with exceptional staff like Annalisa Giada... they help and they advise you about good authentic places, be aware that some restaurants are just terrible and are a trap to tourists especially the next door .Make sure you ask at the reception and they will advise you without having any interest about it to locals and original places. I will definitely be back to this beautiful place but I will choose spring or autumn time because of the high temperature. Thanks for the excellent service.

The hotel is just over a bridge from a water bus stop and facing the sea, so we had beautiful views of all the boats and other islands. Fantastic location, less than 10 mins stroll to St marks sq. Sun all day on the hotel room. We were given room on the 4th floor, which had a fab balcony to sit out on. Lovely double doors out, but large step up to get out. Fantastic views. There was plenty of noise from boats all day, but I heard very little during the night. Breakfast was served in the room, ordered what we wanted, and the time of delivery on the first day, and it was brought to the room each morning. Unfortunately, it's a little cramped in the room to eat, one of us had to sit on bed, but great selection of food and drinks. Lovely and warm, and we had 2 lovely mornings so we sat out on the balcony to eat breakfast. We could change the time of breakfast on our last day as we had an early flight. The room was a lovely size, it had a mini fridge and tea and coffee making facilities. Wardrobe and desk and chair. It has air-conditioning, but this only works in summer and heating, which was great. The bed was a double and lovely and comfortable. Bathroom was great size. Had luggage storage and a second chair. Unfortunat, the shower was just a hose over bath, so you couldn't stand for a shower. Suited me grand as I love baths, but not my husband. Lovely big heater, so you could turn up and down as suited, plus a lovely big window with fab views. Shower gel/hair wash in tube over bath and sink. The hotel does have a lift, but this only goes to the 3rd floor, so we have to walk up the stairs to the 4th floor. This mightn't suit older or disabled people. The lift did break down one day but was fixed by the next day. This did have an extra strain on poor legs, especially after the hours of walking around this beautiful town. Overall, we had a fantastic time. The hotel, staff, and food and location were great.

Location is excellent, walkable to all main attractions in Venice. For New Year it has the best spot for viewing the fireworks, we watched from our room. Hotel gave us a bottle of prosecco at New Year which was another nice touch. Room was very spacious with an arm chair and a table and chairs too. We would advise a canal view room. The sunsets are amazing from the room. Water taxi stop is just outside too. Breakfast brought to the room was a lovely touch. Staff were so helpful and pleasant. We had an amazing time.
No we had a fabulous break, thank you to all the hotel staff.

Location is near perfect, short walk from Arsenale boat stop for arrival/departure, close to St Mark's square and view from the room across to San Giorgio is beautiful in all weathers. Staff, from reception to breakfast/room service were welcoming, helpful & polite.
Whilst the bathroom had been revamped the carpet and wallpaper were very worn and a bit grubby. The signs are they are gradually updating everything though. The breakfast photo is deceptive, there is no outdoor eating area unless you are in the top accom with a private terrace. Breakfast wasn't great, personally I'd save the money and pick something up locally.

The view of the lagoon was exceptional. The balcony was big enough for a couple of chairs. The room was large with comfortable double bed and a single. Lots of choice for breakfast. Staff were very friendly.
There isn't much to dislike, but I would say the single bed in the triple room was a small single and could be more comfy. The breakfast had a lot of options but something hot would be nice as an option, rather than just continental. The bathroom is a bit outdated, and not in an old fashioned rustic kind of way. It could do with some new decoration and a lick of paint! These are minor things and it was really a great stay.

It was just REALLY nice, not stuffy but homely. For me, a hotel is a place to leave in the morning and sleep at night, that’s it. It needs comfy beds, an awesome view if possible, a local breakfast and polite and friendly staff. A tribute to music residenza ticked every box. Breakfast was delivered to your room each morning, having ticked the relevant box’s to select cheese, hams, juice etc. The basic breakfast includes croissant, bread, butter and assorted jams and you can add enough to fill you beyond lunchtime.
Nothing, for my simple and uncomplicated needs it was perfect.

For the location, right on the grand canale, I was concerned it would be loud, but the shutters and windows completely blocked out noise and we slept well. The breakfast served in the room was also great each morning!
The rooms are small - you have to turn sideways to get into the bathroom from the end of the bed - but ultimately not really an issue. It was clean - but the furnishings are......what you expect, old carpet and wallpaper - but maybe that adds to the charm. Didn't bother me but one day if they updated the hotel, it would be amazing!
