Great location, away from the crowded areas but within short walking distance from the most important places in Venice- especially Arsenale and Giardini for all Bienalle visitors:) Plenty of nice restaurants and cafes around. Good sized , comfortable & clean rooms with traditional Venetian decor and beautiful murano chandeliers . Last but definitely not the least- fantastic, kind and very helpful and accommodating host (and her assistants) who where always there for us during our stay!

Being placed in a small alley makes the rooms a bit darker than on the photos, but might be a blessing during hot & sunny days. Also - not really a problem for us as we spent most of our time outside.

the room was great and comfy. the small courtyard was very cute and quiet after a long day of Biennale. the hostess was amazing! and the restaurant on the corner was also great. the coffee in the room made my day as well :)

i was on the ground floor and quite dark with higher windows (so not able to directly look outside, which was perfect for me since i was there mainly in the evenings and out during the day, but that might be something to consider - the other rooms i haven't seen of course!

Beautiful hotel, close to all attractions in the center and water bus stops. Cute and cozy venetian style room. The room has everything for a comfortable stay. Coffee and tea are in the room. Cozy terrace on the first floor for all guests. Special thanks to the friendly and very pleasant girl at the reception Ilaria. She was very welcoming, told us about public transport, restaurants, attractions, showed the number. Always been available for any questions. Helped to order a taxi to the night flight. Excellent location, super secure and safe room. We loved the way the room was decorated, including a Murano glass chandelier. Ilaria, the host, was one of the nicest and most genuine people we met while overseas - nothing was too much trouble for her and she gave us really good recommendations!

The ground floor room has limited natural light but that isn't really an issue as we were out during the day

The location of the hotel was amazing, literally a 5 minute walk from the ferry stop and centrally located for everything. The host was amazing, really helpful and went out of her way to make sure we knew where everything was and we were happy. The hotel was exceptionally clean, had everything you needed. It was our engagement weekend and she even left a bottle of champaign as a gift :)

Very cozy room with cookies on a table and water in a fridge. Although room was next to the reception, it was still very private and quiet. Very comfortable bed. Also A/C in a room. Perfect location, close to all sightseeing. In addition to this, Ilaria was so sweet and answered to all my questions. I will definately visit this hotel next time.

The hosts were great The room was centrally located They stored our bags after check out We had a nice little "voucher" to the restaurant next door for a bit of champagne to go with our dinner. The room had AC and the bathroom was big.

The room was significantly darker than what was advertised on Booking but this is a minor aspect.

The room was comfortable and as shown in the pictures. The owner was very friendly and caring. We liked the surrounding with restaurants, bars and very good pasticceria around the corner for breakfast and coffee.

Looking out the window the house across the walkway was so close you could probably shake hands with your neighbours.

The private terrace, location, cleanliness were great! Ilaria is nice and answered any messages promptly.

The price is a little expensive since breakfast is not included and there is just a small area to get glasses and dishes when needed, but otherwise it was a comfortable stay!

It was a very nice and cozy place with great hospitality, the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. There was no breakfast at the property, but there were quite a few local cafeterias very close to the hotel to get a nice breakfast. I would definitely come back here again when in Venice.
