My checkin staff was great. After get canceled from another sold out property we had to scramble to find another, and the checkin staff was exteremely gracious and helpfu. Property was new and nicely appointed. View is great and location is really good.

Not quite done with the construction yet so open a bit early as BBQ area not done and some of the outside is unfinished still but overall nice stay

The staff was amazing. Boy was great and so was the front office manager (name escapes me) was amazing. It was my daughter's birthday weekend and we unfortunately spent a lot of time in the hotel due to the hurricane but we made due with the pool. And the aquatic center next door.

Breakfast was delicious lots of options .

Some food items ran out pretty quickly the lobby. Restroom ran out of toilet paper and seat covers, but overall I understand you just opened and trying to have a flow and a routine . Besides that my whole family and friends love it there and we will return 🙂

The property is new and clean. It is close to the lake , an aquatic center and the park all the amenities needed for family entertainment.

The sofa bed wasn’t too comfortable and the pillows were too fluffy! It sounds silly just writing that but that was the only real complaint I heard from my family members.

I was allowed me to check in several hours early without any problems. Yes, there was a fee, but it was not outrageous, and I wasn't given the run around. During breakfast, the staff made sure breakfast items were stocked. This hotel was conveniently located near everything we were doing this weekend.

The rooms were very spacious. everything was very clean and the staff was great.

The shower had very low water pressure. I also thought for being in the desert at a vacation destination, the pool area was small and basic without enough seating space.

The facilities and management were exceptional.

The complimentary breakfast did not offer enough variety during our stay. The scrambled eggs we not good, the coffee was excellent.

Loved the room with full apt size refrigerator, dishes, kitchen sink and even a dishwasher!

Wonderful staff and very nice place to stay!

Great place big rooms

We booked an extra room as were unaware Queen suite slept 6 as description and details provided were not clear so money was wasted

Excellent facility and staff. Will return.

Vehicle access from highway, but believe that area is under construction.
