the property location was excellent,

when we arrived, the checkin was at 1600hrs, which is late most other places at 1400hrs. when we arrived the bags were held by the valet and then we had to take them to the room ourselves again not what is expected of a high class or calibre hotel. the room upgrade had nowhere for my wife to get ready, but it had plenty of space to put a table!! the room phone did not work and the room safe stripped working as well, we could not use the Wreck Bar which is highlight of the area and the reason we booked as it was booked fully for a company event… the pool barman Brian was rude when asking for drinks apparently being English means I am unable to be understood - no one else has an issue in the hotel!!! not what I expected after spending over $1000 for 2 nights for my wife’s 50th

I absolutely loved my stay here. I’ve worked in the hospitality industry for 17 (left 5 years ago) and this place did not disappoint. I was a little nervous after reading some of the reviews but understand how it goes in the industry. I traveled here for a solo birthday getaway and was extremely pleased. At first I thought the hot water wouldn’t get hot but they send out text during your stay to see how things are going. I voiced my opinion and an engineer arrived moments later to fix the issue. The location and view from my balcony room was beyond beautiful. The hotel front desk team was very welcoming and helpful. The Naked Crab breakfast and dinner was great (prepare to pay resort prices). The main pool bar was awesome. I will definitely be back 🥰

Really nothing to dislike.

great location w/ balcony facing the beach. Not located directly in the busiest section of the strip which is nice. Just a short walk to the main action (a public beach inbetween). Great walkway along the beach with bars and restaurants. The restaurant in the hotel was excellent.

No quick food restaurant availbale in the hotel, just dining. Pool near the bar was on the smaller side and very busy .There's a larger pool on 2nd floor in the middle of the hotel (outside) but no atmsophere, just cement and a few chairs. I suggest they add some planters to that area to add some atmosphere, more guests would use that pool because its quiet.

The the lady cleaning up around the pool area on 6/22 and 6/23?was awesome. She went above and beyond to clean up and accommodate the guests. She seemed to pick up the slack of the other young men I saw sitting on the lounge chairs and checking their cell phones out on the beach instead of stacking the beach loungers and cleaning up. She takes pride in her work and taking care of your establishment.

It was advertised as two queen beds and they were full size beds. Not as comfortable for two people to sleep on.

Volleyball nets on the beach, pool, very nice & clean. Mermaid show was awesome, my daughter loved it.

Restaurants in hotel were pretty basic but was extremely overpriced. Alcohol beverages were very overpriced as well. And the showers……LOL don’t get me wrong very clean and boujee but not a good shower for a hotel that is on the beach. The water pressure wasn’t very strong…I came home with sand still in my hair.

Dirty, we had to call to get our shower drain unstopped 3 times, there were several loud, drunk guests at the pool and in the lobby that were cussing and bothering people. Not the family friendly atmosphere we were wanting. Wish they offered bigger rooms and beds.

The property was very well kept and you had everything you needed from the pool to the walk out to the beach! Beach chairs, towels and water every day! Awesome location was in walking distance to so many eateries, including the four restaurants on site! Also 6min from the airport!

The $100 hold per night! For how many night your there! Aside from that everything was amazing I will return!

-Hotel is on the beach, don't need to cross a street like other hotels in the area -Nice, big lobby, lots of seating areas with nice decor -Vews from room balcony were absolutely amazing -Beautiful beach, white sand, wide beach . -Bike rental included

Pool by beach was smallish, small pool deck with all loungers on one side and very busy.. Had to pay extra for beach umbrella rental Had to line up at the beach to get seated on a beach lounger. Drinks were expensive

We loved the location, the vibe, and the fact that it wasn’t crowded in a prime beach vacation time. They had their own private beach but even the public beach was nice!

The food and drinks were pretty expensive and they added on the 18% gratuity to everything automatically. We had better meals for a cheaper price when we used grubhub or went out to restaurants in the area. Also, the intracoastal view room we thought would still have the building located on the beach was located across the street. We upgraded with no issue but felt that the booking information was a little misleading initially.
