Comfort Suites Ocala North

The room was comfortable and clean. It was quite at night and in the morning. The size is nice, especially with small kids. Everyone had their own space to sleep.

The only thing I did not like was that our room key did not work the morning we checked out. It was 10 am and we had to make several trips to load the car. One person had to stay in the room just so the other could get back in to get everything.

There was a room available. Went to many hotels and nothing available. I booked from my car because we were having so much trouble getting a room. I was charged $214. When I got there I asked if I could have an AARP discount and was told no because I booked through a third party. The man ahead of me stopped to check on availability and got his room at lease $15.00 cheaper.

The price and the ironing board was not in the room. Also no exhaust fan in the bathroom. Otherwise the room was very nice.

The staff were so polite and very helpful. Everything went smoothly at check in. The rooms are very spacious and clean. The only thing I would say is the "fitness center" needs to be updated with some heavier weights and some more versatile equipment. Other than that it was amazing. The room could use some brighter lights.

Not the best breakfast selection, most of the food was cold like eggs and sausage. Also, their waffle maker was too hot to where it crisped my waffle too much to where it was crunchy.

I had to ask for house cleaning and I had to do follow ups pertaining to getting the floor vacuumed. The breakfast needed more fruits

Entry light and bathroom fan did not work. Issue was reported twice with no resolution. Was told towels would be refreshed everyday, had to ask for towels several times. Don't promise a full breakfast and only provide less than 8 of the days we were there.

We stayed here this weekend and it was amazing. We will definitely be staying again. Pool felt great, room was very nice and big, very clean and great breakfast. Amazing staff

The staff was very nice and helpful. Second time there will go back again.

The washing machines and dryers . They should be updated. It takes a double pay to make the close dry so 6.00 dollars for one dryer is a little exspensive.
