John at the front desk was very funny and welcoming upon arrival and very informative on how to get to our room. He called shortly after to make sure we made it safe, which i thought was very nice of him as we did come in pretty late in the night. We were explained everything to thoroughly on wifi and what was and was not available. The room was up to our standards since we just needed a place to sleep as we were at the park majority of the time. It was so close to the park and near all your breakfast needs ( Dennys, Waffle House, IHOP). Parking was right in front of our room or close by where you can see. There are only 2 floors so be mindful if you luggage , heavy items. They offer a shuttle which is great . You have to go the morning of and request . We opted not to because of the time is comes back and we like to stay till the very end at closing so we parked at the theme park . OVERALL it was not a bad stay and i would stay again

The sink was clogged when washing hands etc.

the don’t service free breakfast ( the serve frozen food overpriced) the Wi-Fi isn’t great doesn’t give you more towel when asked. but instead tell you you have enough.

the pool was excellent. rooms were well kept. beds comfortable

room service a little more. Had to go to front desk for towels ,toilet paper ,wash clothes etc... also had a sign up for happy hour which the bar wasnt open. The price said $5 margaritas and $3 beer for happy hour. The gentleman did come over from restaurant and make 2 margaritas but charges $25. was way to expensive for such a small drink. should have honored happy hour price

pool/ Hot tub was great!

There was a large crack space through the door about an inch high where any bugs or rain could get in. We had to put a towel down by the door to block it.

clean with accessories for disabled people. very helpful

Wasn’t kind to me due to my disability I couldn’t walk to the office to get another night. I wanted to and it was raining so would’ve been dangerous with my wheelchair. I didn’t have a caregiver with me and I explained this but no one helped so I was forced to go in the rain and just leave.

conveniently located

The beds were too hard and the pillows have no fluff. There weren’t warm enough blankets. And I couldn’t get the heat to come on regardless of the settings I had it on.

Great location for Universal, Disney, International Drive and Orlando generally. Basic room but clean, could park right outside. Coffee shop was limited as were the hours. Shop hours were also limited. Indian resturant on site which seemed popular but pricey. Staff were great in all areas. Shuttle to Universal which was good but gain a bit limited on times. Walk to Universal easy, safe and about 20 mins max.

Room is a bit small but adequate for a base that you don’t see until bed time otherwise you would not stay here. Hours of coffee nd main store need to be extended.

Location to the parks was fantastic

I liked the lakefront views, the ability to park right in front of your room, and the clean, beautiful pool! Yes!! Universal is in walking distance, and so are a few shops and various restaurants. The hotel's decor is very unique in the lobby, my room was OK, and the many spots to sit and relax around the property is a bonus. The breakfast in the morning Cafe was pricey, yet delicious 😋 ..no bugs...no mildew!!

I didn't like that constant damp feel in the room. The doors are not sealed, so I placed a towel under the door every night to prevent critters from entering. The water pressure was medium and the hot water was limited.
