The breakfast was not what I need - too much sugar and not enough protein (only yogurt). Asking for a room in the back prevented me from hearing freeway noise. Room and bathroom were very spacious. Blanket was too thin. I had no idea there was no housekeeping service unless you stayed more than 3 nights!! I understand that's something new in the hotel industry now but I didn't know about it. I wasn't informed of this as I should have been when I checked in. The woman on duty my second night was very nice and brought me another blanket plus fresh towels. I didn't need a space to park a car after all.

Friendly front desk. He apologized that the oil would not be open, contrary to the booking detail. Nice room, large, open beamed ceiling, very comfortable bed.

We had counted on the pool being open as it said it would be on April 29th. I felt like major bonus in choosing this hotel had been taken away. I also didn't like that the friendly friend desk was being replaced by a machine. Supposedly they are would be somebody in some country that I can speak to on that machines screen, but I don't know how that would help me if I had lost my room key I had some other problem that actually required the assistance of a person. Or apologize that the expect pool wouldn't be available. Makes me very hesitant about looking again at Days Inn.

The room was exceptionally clean. What I appreciated is that the desk staff accommodated me by using a keyboard to communicate with me on the screen, instead of speaking to me. They also allowed me to check in early and upgraded my room to a king suite from a regular room, since the latter wasn't ready.

It's not a case of dislike, but I was not expecting to use a screen to check-in with remote staff. Maybe I didn't read everything carefully in advance, so I was just surprised when I entered the lobby.

it’s not gated and their was many other people driving to the back day and night time, where we were staying this time, smoking pot. it was a bit uncomfortable since I was with special needs child. Also the window was unlock when I got to the room to drop off my stuff. good thing I always check because it’s easy for someone to jump inside not sure how long it was unlock and cracked open for. Also parents forgot they had kids and toddlers and kids were wondering down the halls playing and knocking on the door also took my do not disturb sign off the door. 😞 not the hotel fault it’s the parents.

Good location. The room was a good size with comfy beds, large size pillows and clean white linens. It seemed as if it had been recently renovated. Nice laminated flooring and no stained smelly carpet or lingering cigarette smells. The mini fridge and microwave were great amenities, along with good air conditioning. For my future travels, I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

The only thing that was out of the ordinary was having a housekeeping person knock on the door an hour before check-out. I'm a responsible adult, so I know when it's time to leave. Other than that, it was a great place to stay.

Everything thing went very well.

The drain in the bathroom didn't function. The sink plug didn't stay "up" for drainage. It took time to clean the sink and prop up the plug to let the water down. Before we knew we had a problem, we rinsed out a "take-out" container and the debris took awhile to clean up with toilet paper, since the drain didn't work. I reported this to a staff member the next morning and she was going to inform the maintenance staff immediately. We were in Room 310

Everything in the room worked. Bed was comfortable, and we slept well. Room temperature controls were good. Good shower. Staff friendly and helpful! On-site parking was near our room. Premises were quiet.

Continental breakfast choices were good, with cereals, breads, fruit, and yogurt; but it would have been nice to also have a concentrated source of protein; maybe boiled eggs?

inside the rooms were very clean and had hardwood not carpet

pool was not open, breakfast offered just basic grab and go. we had previously contacted hotel to see if they could hold my daughters credit card so we could pay with ours as we arrived a day later than she did. they sent an email that said no problem. one staff member couldn’t figure out how to delete her card and use ours, second staff member next day could not do it either. our room was the same as hers, yet we were charged over $50 more for the night.

The two young ladies at the front desk were rude. They appeared to not understand that they represent the company, but the overall accommodations were as expected.
