we got there and the power was out for the whole block, but the the employee was very nice and kind to check us in and make sure our rate and room was secure.

I know it was not in their control of the power outage, but they could have given us a discount because we did have to come back a couple of hours later to our room. we couldn’t eat our take out without lights in our room.

I liked everything, housekeeping kept it in top notch. All staff was very nice.

I didn't like that the halls were not connected, I had to go out of the office and walk ALL the way down to the other end of the building to my room in the rain. Not that I'm lazy or anything

Close to where I worked (Arrowhead Regional Medical Center) and all amenities...grocery store, mall shopping, etc...

No continental breakfast was offered...just coffee. Other than this I hated to leave. I came from out of state for hospital shortage.

Front desk staff were lovely. The beds were comfy and the AC worked great. Location wise, it was a quick car trip to the venue (we were going to an event at National Orange Show) but we also walked home one of the nights (~45m). It was nice to have a microwave and mini fridge.

Parking was a challenge, the lot filled up quickly and many cars took up more than one space when parked in the "compact" spots. The mini fridge did not have a freezer section, so we just put our frozen food in the fridge which was totally fine.

Very nice. The staff is very professional. The rooms are clean and not noisy in the hallway.

Only 1 washer working but it worked out okay for me. No breakfast as said. Only brown bag, fruit, and coffee.

some parts of the hallways smelled of smoke and marijuana, not to many choices for restaurants and stores close by.

That I didn't get a chance to enjoy the amenities...pool, gym, outdoor stuff...all related to work.

The breakfast was great and the pool was needed and the staff was friendly. plus.room was spacious.

I was very happy with my stay, staff was very welcoming, bed was comfortable satisfied with the cleanliness of the room, looking forward to staying again in the near future.
