Me and my wife plan this trip every year and drive from LA so having a stress free experience means the world and more time to focus on our vacation and having fun… Last year we stayed at a different hotel and had the worst experience… this year everything went perfect…

Wi-Fi password is only valid they 48 hours stayed for 5 nights so it was randomly inconvenient but not a big deal

bed and room and shower were all very comfortable and the room temperature was good.

The internet was down the first night. Also the sink in the room dripped water, and I tried shutting it off every which way, but it wouldn't stop completely. I mentioned this repair needed doing at the check out .

Super 8 is a budget hotel, the rooms were small and the bathroom was tiny. We stayed here because most of our group could not afford 5 nights at an expensive hotel for our 4-day event. They advertised free breakfast but only offered coffee and juice.

There were things I didn't like, but it is a budget hotel and we certainly got our money's worth.

It was clean inside the room.The check in and check out staff were helpful. I would come back again.

The hallways smelled like urine. It made you feel like you were going into your room with the same smell. Surprisingly the room was clean and had a fresh smell . Cups in the morning for coffee needed refilling.I got up at 6 am for coffee, and no cups were available.

Great Value and close to my destination.

I made a work request to fix a noisu leaking toilet and a constant strseam leaking from the faucet. It seems unlikel thT this would not have been noticed before.

I loved loved loved the room size. Being disabled with having to use a walker or wheelchair sometimes can become very difficult in small areas, and sometimes you can't even use them, which causes more pain. So ty to "Super 8" by "Wydham" for that mobility room . It most definitely made my and my stay much more enjoyable .

Let's see, there were only a couple things which was. The fact that even thought i was right next to an exit, all the way at the end of the building and I'm disabled and I was not allowed to come in or out of that door, which meant a longer walk to get outside, especially for my service dog. That wasn't cool at all. The fact that I had to move all my stuff out of my room and stay at a totally different hotel for a day or two wasn't an easy task for a displaced, disabled, elderly woman. With a service dog and it being triple digit weather.

The beds were comfy, great location, lots of parking, Rooms located inside building always a plus, very happy that we were able to book a room last minute

I don't understand why they needed such a high deposit every other super 8 that I have gone to has never asked me for a deposit especially when using my debit card

Overall excellent value for the cost. No bugs! Felt safe and welcome. I would stay there again

Only bad thing was the mattress was hard, and lumpy, springs were barely covered, and no hair dryer in the room.

Room was big. Had everything I needed. Bed felt amazingly comfortable.

It was a little confusing to find the lobby but not too bad
