Nice and clean with comfortable beds.

The lady working the breakfast area ticked me off. I told her that the milk was out and I would like to have some. She rolled her eyes at me and never got me any milk. I went to the front desk and made a complaint. I said I would like to speak to the manager and of course she wasn't there. She's supposed to call me, but this is yet to happen. I'm not letting this go... I'm contacting Hampton Inn and making a formal complaint !!!! Consumers forget, without customers... THERE IS NO BUSINESS. I will not be walked on or be quiet. I will be LOUD for everyone to be aware on what you get at this Hampton Inn.

The rooms are seriously in need of remodeling. The toilet seat did not fit, air conditioner had loud screaming sound, bathroom sink had a crack in it. 🤦🏽‍♀️

Love the breakfast and CLEAN room! The front desk clerk is always so nice and accommodating. I am sorry I dont remember her name, maybe Vanessa?? She ALWAYS remembers mine, though. She also politely asks if I need assistance with my bags. Also the breakfast hostess is very sweet and very efficient. She always greets me pleasantly and I know she is smiling...I can see it in her eyes, despite the mask.

The usb charger, by the bed side does not work. I stay often and in the same handicap accsessible room. It has not been fixed in 2 years, but I have not said anything before, either.

The property was undergoing remodeling and parking was limited, however, our room and the breakfast buffet were very good.

We have stayed here a few times, however, this was the first time we were charged $20 to park overnight! With the remodeling occurring during our recent stay, large dumpsters were in the parking area, therefore, parking was limited.

The staff was amazing. Breakfast was pretty good and overall it was quiet.

The floors are really gross. I couldn’t walk in the room without my feet getting dirty. They really need to clean the carpets. Also, the bed wasn’t made right and the sheets kept coming up. I remade it by rotating the sheet 90 degrees and it stopped.

It was nice to be a little bit outside of town. The kitchenette in the suite was nice, and the faucet made it easy to fill our water bottles. The breakfast was delicious. The sheets felt good and the pillows were nice. The artwork in the room was very pretty.

The pull-out-couch bed wasn't very comfortable. They only gave us 2 bottles of water when 3 people checked in. We had to check in before 11pm. None of our other hotels had a check-in time limit.

When i was looking for a place to stay with my family for the weekend i had to look for a clean place that would allow for my pet to stay and also a place that would allow my family to stay together since we are a family of 5! All within budget of course! I was hesitant due to covid, i wasnt sure if the place would be clean enough, thankfully the reviews online didnt lie and i got exactly what was advertised. Safe to say, when we go back to sacramento we have put go-to hotel!!!

I had a last minute addition to the family weekend trip of my grandma and my aunt and my aunt said that one of the breakfast lady staff gave her attitude.

The front desk woman, whose name I don’t wish to disclose for her privacy, who was on duty that evening was very helpful… and so pleasant. I have no idea if she’ll ever see this review but I hope this hotel shares good reviews with it’s employees. She recommended several restaurants for dinner and we chose Basha Taste of Jerusalem, which was spectacular. We intend to return next year.

Everything was fine. There were three firealarms that went off very early in the morning. Would have appreciated direction from the front desk staff about what to do. There was confusion.
