I like that it was close to the mall and other fun things to do. it was easy to get to.

there wasn’t enough bath towels in our bathroom and I did find some hair by the shower and the toilet. but everything else was seemed clean. I didn’t think the prices for the couple of food items I bought from the “store” area downstairs were reasonable. i purchased a parfait, a fruit cup, 2 Fiji waters, a smart water and 2 redbulls and it came out to $54 and some change. when I checked in there was also a $50 deposit for each room which I was never told about. it wasn’t included in the online price. so that was a bit of a surprise to spend and extra $100 more than I was expecting.

THE VIEW FROM THE NINTH FLOOR WAS GREAT!!!, THE BED WAS COMFORTABLE AND THE FOOD WAS DELICIOUS. NINTH FLOOR I FELT SPEICAL. VERY MUCH SO. IT"S CLEAN AND COZY. I RECOMMEND YOU GIVE IT A TRY. ALSO, VANS THAT CAN TAKE YOU TO THE MALL OR AIRPORT. YOU FEEL RIGHT AT HOME.

THE PRICE TAG WAS HIGHER THEN I EXPECTED. REP GAVE MY ROOM ALWAY ANOTHER TIME, AFTER I WALKED ALL NIGHT AND DAY. FOR TWO NIGHTS, $400.00 AND SOMETHING THEN A HUNDERD DOLLARS DEPOSIT. BUT STILL ALL IN ALL. TRY PAIDING BEFORE YOU STAY. PRICES DO BE BETTER AND MORE RELIABLE.

The hotel, parking lot and pool area were not far apart and easily navigated by walking or in a wheelchair.. We reserved an ADA room. It was available when we arrived at 1:30pm, before checkin time. The pool and hot tub were heated and lounge chairs provided. They had snack food and drinks available at the front desk and times for breakfast, lunch and dinner when served in the restaurant or lounge area.

The only con was that the outside bathrooms by the pool were locked. We had to go into the hotel, dripping and maybe slipping to use a bathroom or go up in the elevator to our 9th FL room.

Beautiful room, very clean, and staff was very nice. When you first drive in the area, it may look a bit rough but then when you drive down the road to the hotel it is nice. Very close to the mall and good restaurants. Ate breakfast at the hotel. It was good but pricey of course. The nightly price through Booking.com though, was very good and only $7 than some not so nice hotels in the area.

The hotel was beautiful, the rooms were clean and the restaurant on property was amazing. The bed was comfortable and I would absolutely go back. Also, I forgot my phone charger and they let me borrow one free of charge which was very nice of them.

The front desk staff wasn’t particularly friendly and they weren’t knowledgeable about hotel policies. They may have been just having a bad day.

Easy access to and from freeways. Felt safe seeing Security guard. Added security inside elevator requiring users to tap room key. Elevator provided beautiful view as we go to room on 6th floor. Pet friendly, $50 charge for entire stay, not per night.

Location was good

Disappointed did not have any shuttle service to and from airport for guests. My flight on Monday, May 2 left at 530AM and would have been nice to have Hilton Shuttle take me to the airport and drop me off. Would have been nice convenience Could have cut down on one day car rental charge.

The staff was very polite the room was very clean and ready to go I had no problems whatsoever

I didn’t like that we had no body wash to wash with the container was completely empty and we had to leave the room to go buy some that was very upsetting but otherwise it was fine

Comfy bed

Bathroom was kinda small a d cramped and the doorway to enter the room was so narrow my suitcase bearly fit.

The hotel was in nice location and the pool was open late for the kids to play. The beds were comfortable except the pull out sofa but I was tired I slept okay.

The room with two queen beds had no toiletries and garbage bins were full of previous guests trash with face masks in them. A little concerning. But staff was so helpful and nice.
