I really like the convenience of how many restaurants were walking distance. It was located on a main street close to the freeway. The BREAKFAST is amazing. Breakfast Hours (7-9 am) -eggs -bacon Sausage 3 types of muffins Bagels English muffins Cereal Boiled eggs Oatmeal with different fixings Little waffle maker Fruit (pineapple, grapes, oranges, bananas) Breakfast Bars. Yogurt Juice and milk machine Coffee EXCELLENT SERVICE from the lady who prepared the food. She walked around cleaning and picking up constantly. She made sure everything was restocked... For a family of 5, this was great because there were enough food choices for everyone. The Beads are comfortable and the room was a decent size for a family of 5 (kids 10,8,3)

The room smelled clean, but didn't look the cleanest. The sofa had many large noticeable stains, I put a sheet over it, so the kids would sit. One of the queen beds was broken from the base so you sunk in the middle. I didn't complain because it was an upgrade from what I had originally paid for. (1 queen bed 1 sofa bed) so we made the kids sleep on that bed and my husband and I got the good bed. Other than those 2 items, everything was great.

The nicest staff ever I think, especially at a hotel. I love the pre-check-in option to select whether or not you want room service during your stay or not. The rooms were designed great. Love the kitchenette features and all the amenities provided for your stay. Security was on site patrolling the area and was super nice. It totally made me want to consider a future stay here.

The parking was pretty tight and hardly a spot when it fills up but it didn't cause trouble really. I also couldn't find an ice machine on their hotel map or in person but I didn't try to ask either. Not a big deal but seems like a usual amenity at hotels.

It could last 1 hr more. Provide more sweet rolls, donuts for coffee drinkers. More fruit other than bananas. More types of breakfast breads like variety of bagels with couple choices of cream cheese, English muffins, tortillas, etc.

The parking is too compact. For a hotel that large, parking should be expanded. Pool should be cleaned more often. There was always a Shortage of towels. Pool hrs should be extended at least an hour longer.

Ideal location, close to just about anything we could want. Room was larger and more impressive than anticipated. It was clean and super comfortable. Quiet and private. Felt safe and slightly pampered. Plenty of parking.

I guess, if I had to come up with a constructive criticism, it would be to have designated outdoor smoking areas, so that non-smokers could use outdoor space without having to encounter the smoke.

The room was beautiful. It was a king suite with full kitchen. It had a living room area, a huge tv and the bathroom was a sanctuary with a cute vanity area to put my makeup on. It also had a full body mirror that I used to make sure my outfit was on point before heading to my work conference. I highly recommend this hotel. I can’t wait to come back.

The circle parking lot is a pain in the booty.

The room was clean, but there are a lot caveats. 1) No forks with spoons and knives. Very annoying.2) There bathroom was moldy ion some areas. A little bleach would address that. 3) The ice maker was broken. 4) The toilet seat is crooked. 5) A number chrome seals and screw covers are missing. Very inexpensive to repair, so.....???6) The soap in the kitchen and bathroom is ridiculously small. Why bother? 7) NO auxiliary towels and paper towels or soap or Kleenex. 8) The television's remote control is very hard to operate.

i wish breakfast was offered more longer in the am. option to have it delivered too.. the disabled park was taken and only limited in the offer where the room was.

it was close to the soccer fields where we had our tournament. there were plenty of places to eat nearby. parking was good. room was clean and functional. full kitchen with utensils and dishes. But the main reason this made our stay wonderful was Tina, she was a blessing from start to finish. She works so hard and I felt like I was staying at her home with how much hospitality she showed. All the staff was very nice as well. thanks for a wonderful stay during a soccer tournament weekend!

The meal was average. Need more protein like sausage patties, assortment of fruits, omelette, refried beans with country potatoes or hash brown. Assortment of juices. Nice kitchen

exactly what we needed. pet friendly. spacious. full kitchen. and ALL the staff were wonderful!

the electrical was a bit wonky. we needed to have the staff come get the tv to work. all the door keys were temperamental.
