Ramada by Wyndham Sacramento

The room was clean and accessible in a good way with a door right next to the parking lot very convenient second time I stay in the same hotel

Maybe the a/c system on the room but it wasn’t too bad only issue I can’t adjust the temperature as I will like it so if you feel little hot no much you can do

Had microwave and mini fridge in room.

The place hasn’t been updated in a while. The elevator had duct tape, the elevator rattles and the lights flicker. In the hallways, the walls were peeling off and had scuff marks of stuff. In the room, behind the night stands there was trash, a cup of noodle top and lots of dust, the light sockets on the lamps don’t work. The restroom didn’t have toilet paper roller, there tiles in shower were dirty, around the mirror the paint was peeling, the shampoo and conditioner, though complimentary, were not the same brand, the towels were overly used; they were thin. Honestly sucks that the mart only takes cash.

Pool was open and nice. Staff responded quickly to every request except one. Room keys worked well (sometimes they are a pain). Cleaning staff was extra courteous. While it was alarming to have a security guard at the front door and all other entry doors and driveways sealed off... the results were a safe environment to stay in.

Was a bit run down.. but that was expected with the discount pricing compared to other hotels we were getting. There was a lingering smoke smell in a few places where people had smoked.. against hotel policy. Had to go steal a roll of toilet paper after they were asked to bring one... and didn’t. Bunker feel due to security measures makes navigating in and out a slight chore.

The hotel room was alright

The night staff wasn’t helpful at all and I asked my husband to check out for me because I was at a party in concord but they made me come all the way over to the hotel to pick up a deposit

Big rooms, clean, ok price

Should list that the deposit is $200 dollars cash or $100 on your card plus your room would be nice to know if i had to pay a deposit in advance i guess for some people dont always have that kind of money at all times on hand then you dont have to wait the time for your bank to return your deposit you can just pay the cash get it the next morning not a deal breaker but I kinda wish more hotels/motels were more upfront with thier deposits

I liked how big the room was, that was it

The balcony had bird poop all over the place, there was a pigeon nesting when we got there and chased my boyfriend and I off the balcony. The bathroom was dirty, the pool was closed and it was hot, hallway was dirty, definitely not worth the $250 I paid for 2days. I would have went somewhere else cheaper and cleaner

The staff is friendly.. There is a young lady that works the front desk whom is very professional..friendly..helpful and very respectful

1st time on Sacramento went for AfterShock festival. Great place now too far from discovery park

AC was not too good. Warm in the room had to open the balcony window too let some cool air come through

Very nice, clean, quiet &relaxing. this was the 1st time I stayed here. Nice pool opened until 10pm + the breakfast was wonderful. Price was within my budget. I would definitely recommend this hotel and I Rate it *****. Ramada is at the top of my list!!!!
