Very comfortable rooms, and very clean too. The breakfast was excellent for the price with fresh juice, pastry’s, toast, eggs, fruit, cereals and even waffles which were really good. We only used this location as a half way stop off so didn’t get a great look at the location, but it was very close to the boardwalk. There was also an outdoor pool, but the weather unfortunately wasn’t fit so we didn’t try it.

We were waiting for staff at reception for about half an hour before anyone came to us, he was apologetic but we were worried and were looking for an alternative motel as we weren’t sure if we’d get checked in.

The locatoin was pretty good, and the staff was friendly. I would definitly book here again, and recomend to people i know..

Santa Cruz being alot hotter than it Used to be..

The pool was the perfect temperature and very clean. My kids had a blast there. Jose and Laura went above and beyond as managers. They were super responsive with issues in our room. You could tell they were working super hard and were still very warm and attentive. Also, my kids loved the waffle iron at the breakfast.

I really wish there was a refillable water station or some way to get water when needed during our stay. Our door was a little sticky and I think there is probably some room for some upgrades in the room. The controller to the AC was broken, although Laura helped us work around it.

The rooms were very clean ,and the on site manager was awesome,she went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed,very good experience for price will b back, also the breakfast they provide has a good variety and there is plenty..

Seen a few sketchy characters,but they had nothing to do with hotel ,just around in the basic area.

Everything you need for a short stay in Santa Cruz. The room included a microwave and a fridge which was really nice. The room was clean and the bathroom too. There was also plenty of parking spots available. The fact breakfast was included was also a plus, small selection but nice enough to have a quick snack in the mornings.

it had been redone recently so the rooms were very clean very minimalist and very comfortable. The towels were excellent. It’s not a fancy hotel but it’s a very good hotel. The managers and cleaning crew are working their tails off. They were there for everything we needed and helped us over and beyond the call of duty. We would stay here again in a heartbeat

I think the owner is a little cheap in his breakfast budget

You’re amazing manager Laura she was fantastic, helpful kind, loving, so sweet you need more like her everywhere. We will come back to the place just to see her.

We had an area at the back it wasn’t the most desirable, but Laura took it upon her to make sure every need was met for us

The manager (Laura) was very accommodating and helpful. The room was super clean and comfortable and in a good location. Breakfast was really good with a variety of items. Would definitely stay again.

Complementary breakfast and it close to the beach and ilthe room was a good size

The only thing I could say is that like any city I guess there was some huge rats outside by the stairs!! Obviously they don't attack but they are pretty big.

The room was perfectly clean and the receptionist was very friendly. She told us to come to her with whatever „problem“ we have even if it is just that we need another pillow to have a good night sleep! The next morning she even offered us blueberry pancakes with our normal breakfast which was just great for that money!
