It was a nice location about two blocks from the boardwalk. The staff was very polite and welcoming, as well as very accommodating. Thanks to the awesome valet service my car was always parked nearby and made exiting the property a breeze. The hotel itself had very good/relaxing vibes. Great for if you want to get away and unwind. They offered a spa service and had a 24/7 gym which would make this even easier for most. Sadly, we did not have time to try either of these out. Hopefully next time! Because I'd definitely go again. The room itself was very clean and looked very elegant; lots of white and greys as well as lots of mirrors and very unique furniture. There was also great security; I always felt that I was safe as well as my belongings. They make you use your room card/key to get into practically anywhere in the hotel. Most might see this as an annoyance, but I saw it as a good way to keep the riff raff out. I was overall really pleased with the service, room, and environment. If we're ever in the area we'll definitely be returning.

The one thing that really bothered me was the elevator noise. I'm not this biggest fan of elevators as is, nor is my partner (a lot of the time she would insist we walk up the stairs instead). We rode "the wrong side" as other guests and myself would describe it (the left elevator). Like I said, not a big fan of elevators, they freak me out. This elevator was no exception. When you rode it, up or down, it would make a loud screeching sound, like metal rubbing.

Very close to the boardwalk 6 min walk. Parking easy to find. The rooms were spacious and clean nicer than I expected. They have a little area in the lobby for snacks and drinks also can order breakfast in the lobby. The pool is heated the kids loved that. Beds very comfy nice pillows overall good

Not the biggest deal but the TV was stuck on the hotels channel they said it was the whole hotel some kind of glitch and with three kids and no room entertainment after we returned they got restless

Rooms were clean and spacious. The TV offered streaming services like Netflix and YouTube which seems to be a modern thing that all hotels should eventually adopt. The TV is personalized to the customer so that no future customers can use your Netflix account. Very secure. The hotel is walking distance from the Boardwalk.

The parking is all valet which quickly adds up to a higher bill at the end of your stay. But in all fairness your car is safer in the valet garage.

Location is walking distance to boardwalk. Like the offerings at the bar and Starbucks (except parfait had too much honey).

Having to valet during a non-peek season was inconvenient. Had to wait for valet each time we left and the car was 20 ft away. I don’t mind the fee but it wasn’t necessary to valet. Also would have used the bar more had it been open more.

Parking was valet which is good. But overbooked hotel so not enough parking thru valet and was told I would be turned away until they started using staff parking spots. There was not any available parking on the streets. Also stayed for 2 nights, prepaid thru Booking.com. the hotel then put a hold for incidentals equivalent to 2 nights stay, holding g $620.00 for 2 nights on my debit card.

Food and drinks were great. We had an issue with the rooms when we got there, we had a suite booked but they did not have enough for everyone that booked. The guy at the front desk worked really hard to fix the situation quickly and even hooked us up with a better deal then we had. Great customer service with all front desk and the guy bartender was amazing!

Good location to the boardwalk 3 min walk… and a decent 15 minute walk to downtown. Super clean and modern property. Comfy bed, large rooms, nice pool area. would stay again.

EVERYTHING costs extra… coffee $4, parking 25$, breakfast 30$… the room charge is just the beginning. as long as you’re ok with that then the place is great.

clean, great decor in bathroom and comfy beds. location was perfect to walk to lots of local attractions.

it was sunny but cold. we tried to sit by the pool and I wished there had been a glass extending the surrounding wall another 4 feet. I think that would have blocked the cold breezes and created a better environment. but it was still nice

The front desk was very nice and always helpful.

The bar area was very slow and they don’t acknowledge you when you sit down for quite awhile. Also, we never had housecleaning the whole 5 days we were there. I had to get my own towels when needed and throw away my garbage on my own.

Close to boardwalk, family friendly.

Understaffed valet services. Waited approximately 20 min to retrieve my car. With that said it was a sold out weekend per staff. Valet staff remained calm despite very busy/chaotic environment. My room was not cleaned, per staff rooms are only cleaned every other day.
