Best Western Woodhaven Inn

They had a really good cookie in the lobby that I picked up when I checked out. Beds were comfy and clean. Very good price for 1 guy 1 night. Would %100 stay here again.

Room was pretty hot, couldn't figure out how to use the AC. Looked like there were blood or coffee stains on the ceiling. Shower sprays out of the tub a bit.

Great location and it was convenient! I appreciate the fact that the motel is comfortable and everything was clean and maintained. No bugs !!

Loved the location, it was accessible, shops nearby & not too far from the airport too. Check-in process was seamless, staff present was really helpful, easy to talk to, and liked how the establishment accepted cash as a form of payment, together with cards, etc. Hotel lobby was brightly lit, the breakfast cafe seemed to serve a full lunch menu too, but I left really early, and wasn’t able to check out the breakfast. The room was a nice size, beds were just the right height, sheets and pillows were soft, everything was really clean, lots of storage, a few chairs and the air-conditioning worked pretty well too. TV had good options for channels, microwave and fridge came in handy, sink area was clean and had good lighting, bathroom was stocked with towels and everything worked. Housekeeping staff were really helpful! :) Lastly, the cookies at the front desk/lobby area were AMAZING, and each one was individually wrapped and loved how they are taking precautions and taking care of their guests.

It was close to the highway so that was always nice and not too far from a restaurant to go for dinner.

We were disappointed that the refrigerator didn't work. We always have a cooler of stuff and like to put it in the fridge overnight before we travel on.

Staff was friendly, and I needed to add a stay they let me check in early and move my stuff to the next room with waiting.

Beds are uncomfortable for myself just because of my disability but my friends found them comfortable

I loved that the pool was open, no one else has tried to help our children at another hotel, the let you use the computers no one else has. My children loved it, comfortable beds and niceeeee privet bathrooms.

the staff played too much, like how one day the let you do something but when u comm back for a room they dont wanna give it to you even when you have proof...

Stayed here a number of times and am always more than pleased by the value, cleanliness and facilities. The one and only reason that it doesn't get 10 stars is there is no elevator but the staff always cautions me as such when discussing room assignment.

i did not partake of the breakfast this trip

The beds were hard, but then I usually sleep in a chair due to acid reflux.
