Convenient location just off Route 60. Good dining choices a short walk across the parking lot. Room was clean and very comfortable. Luggage carts available, good TV & WIFI. Super breakfast with hot choices as well as cereals, pastries, & fruit. Friendly front desk staff.

No microwave, and very small (think: cruise ship) bathroom. Since we booked through Booking.com, our credit card was hit with an additional $150 charge to cover potential damage which we might inflict. Note - we're 70+ years old and have never damaged a hotel room. And neither of us resembles Joe Walsh. We were told the charge should be reversed in about 2 weeks. The photos attached are all of previous damage in our room. I wouldn't make a big deal out this if they didn't.

Quick access to the hotel and several restaurants were close by. Actually, a very nice restaurant was just off the parking lot in the back, which made us happy for it was walking distance. Room was very clean and comfortable.

We were surprised at the size of the room, it was more like a micro hotel, but it was very clean and comfortable. We did miss a microwave. We used Booking.Com to reserve the room however, there was more than usual paperwork to be done at sign in. Most place do not ask about make/model of your vehicle and some of the other details I needed to fill out. All in all, it was a good stay though.

I didn't get my military discount for being a veteran. I was told it was because I booked with Bookings.com. I will not make this mistake again. If I can not get a veterans discount i should have been told that ahead of time.

Very friendly staff. Super clean lobby and room. Bathroom was very small, but fine for us. Good layout for the room. Breakfast was great! The cook was a little overwhelmed by a girls basketball team that wiped out the food, but she was on top of things and refilled everything pretty quickly. Holiday Inn express is within walking distance, but double the price. It’s a super nice hotel (we have stayed there before) but we would choose to stay here again next time due to it being half the price.

This location is perfectly situated, right next-door to Texas Roadhouse. The restaurant is a favorite meeting place for my circle of friends in the Springfield area. I expect to be a guest at this property many times in the future.

Always nice clean really nice place comfortable and you don't want to leave my 8-year-old keep going on and on about wishing we could stay one to two more days cuz he enjoyed it so much and didn't want to leave

The price of the hotel went up $50 per night! Plus, they tacked on $150 deposit at the last minute which cut us short in our spending while we were here.

Hot breakfast vs standard cold continental was REALLY nice.

Shower head dripped and in the middle of the nigh, with the sound echoing in the bathroom, was like a pop gun going off. I finally had to put a couple of folded towels on the shower floor to deaden the noise.

No food or drink in pool area, sign stating no toys in pool area. I can get past the food and drink but why no toys???

It was clean and the bed was very comfortable.

We could hear the room next door very clearly, no slippers no q-tips. The breakfast was good, but plastic plates and cutlery are used too often!
